All the food is delicious. I was very happy with the service they provided, even offering take-out drinks on the way home. It's an inn I'd like to stay at again.

The food, the room, and the bathroom were all excellent and I was very satisfied.I was especially impressed with the food. The menu was creative and delicious, and the dishes were all nice and enjoyable. The service provided by the owner and his wife was just right, and I was able to relax as if I were in my own private home.I really liked it and would like to visit again soon.

The evaluation is based on personal values, but what I felt① Imbalance between amount and service② The owner's lifestyle is a nuisanceI will give the lowest rating with 2 points.①・The room is not cleaned properlyThe long hair of the person who had stayed the night before was noticeable. I guess they don't check it because they are privately run. It can't be helped that you think so.・There was hair on the cooking bowl.It doesn't affect the cooking, so I didn't point it out, but I guess they haven't checked this either. The above is not a mistake, but something that was supposed to happen. If I'm serious, I'll leave at this point because I don't want to be in a bad mood even if my plans change. If there is hair in the food, you won't be able to pay.・Sound echoesIt's an ordinary wooden building with no sound insulation, so you can hear all the sounds from the next room, the downstairs room, and the owner's area. It is at the level of an old guest house.・Bad floor planWhen you get to a room on the second floor, you always have to pass through the owner's doorway, and when you meet him after taking a bath, he looks at you like he's uncomfortable, so if that's the case, why didn't you choose a floor plan that doesn't make that happen? I wanted to. Even customers don't like it.The dinner was creative, tasty, and satisfying, but in the morning, I was served a fairly large amount of shabu-shabu, and to be honest, I didn't think it was necessary. This is also a big minus. I wouldn't be happy if I was served only meat at night and in the morning. Did you come up with something? I couldn't help but doubt it.Don't you understand what quality service is? If this is the case, it won't be worth it unless you lower the price by 5,000 yen per person per night.②It's a big disadvantage to be able to see a car parked in the owner's home.I won't go into details, but once you know what the owner's lifestyle is like, it makes you wonder all the more.It seemed like there was a lack of awareness that if you were going to invest, why not start with the garage? At first glance, it seemed like they were showing great hospitality, but it was clear from all over the place that the etiquette was not properly learned. It wasn't worth the price and I felt like I had been cheated somehow. If things continue like this, I think this inn will be weeded out.

I've been stuck for a long timeI didn't want to be reminded of it through word of mouth.Since then, I hate going to Tateshina. When the coronavirus started to spreadThe person at the hotel contacted me and asked me to cancel because they will be closed due to the coronavirus.I was looking forward to it with my familyI had no choice but to give up on traveling.Later, on the day I was scheduled to stay. The person staying there posted it on Instagram.I was surprised and searched a lot.It was business as usual...I contacted the hotel and they said they will make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. What do you mean!At that time, there was something like a cancellation guarantee, so I took it andI think they may have opened the business with other customers in.Isn't this a corona scam?I haven't wanted to go to Tateshina since then. When I think of Tateshina, I feel sad that it has become this memory.I was thinking of forgetting it, but...Unforgettable memories of a bad trip

My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary a little early, so we told them about it in advance. My wife was also very happy with the surprise provided by the owner and his wife. The food was delicious both in the evening and in the morning, and the rooms were clean. This is an inn you'll want to visit again.
