The building is old and the hot spring only has an indoor bath, no sauna. The room was spacious enough and the TV was new.The view of Kumihama from the outside is also quite nice.My only complaint is that the alcohol at dinner was quite expensive, and a glass of draft beer cost ¥1,100.

The hotel is located on a high ground, so it is not easy for cars to drive in. The lobby is small and exquisite. There are sofas and chairs in the saloon on the second floor for communication, and there is a piano next to it. There is a small sales department next to the counter where you can buy some souvenirs and wine, and a bathhouse. It's quite comfortable in the basement. There are key-locked cabinets for storage. There is only one hot water pool in the bathhouse. If you like to bathe, you may be a little disappointed, but the water quality here is pretty good. The room decoration is well designed, the beds, and the bathroom. The space is acceptable. Although there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, it is close to the seaside. You can go out for a walk after dinner. The meals are very rich, especially the seafood, which is very fresh and delicious. The staff has a very good service attitude.

A hotel in Kumihama located on relatively high ground. I think it was probably an old hotel that was renovated, but the rooms were functional and had plenty of space, so I felt like I was able to stay at a good value. The hot water in the public bath wasn't too hot, and the bed was very comfortable and I was able to relax. Many of the hotels in these tourist areas have Japanese-style rooms, so hotels with Western-style rooms are a great option if you're traveling with elderly people with disabilities.Breakfast was a delicious Japanese set meal with lots of local and seasonal ingredients. Although we didn't use it, the hotel also has a nice pool, which might be good for families with small children. In August, there are jellyfish in the Sea of Japan, so the pool may be safer for small children.
