I chose this hotel on this trip because I was able to stay with my dog. Of course, with Dog Villa, a dog run and a comfortable environment for dogs was an absolute requirement. But unfortunately 🙅‍♀️ There is no dog run and you can't take your dog anywhere other than your room 😢 You can't take your dog with you when you check in at the front desk 💦Even if it rained, there was no place to wash their feet. The dog equipment in the room was also poor. At other hotels, it was common for pet sheets and towels to be placed everywhere, so I went with minimal luggage. There were only about 5 pet sheets in the room, so I thought it might not be enough for 2 nights, so I went to the front desk to get an extra one, but they turned their heads (they didn't seem to recognize the pet sheets).I don't want the hotel to clearly state that it allows dogs. I felt inconvenienced as there was no vending machine 😣That said, the inn was very clean, and it might be okay if you don't have a pet dog.But there is no repeat💦

Since it's a members-only resort hotel, I was looking forward to the facilities and service.The rooms were clean and spacious, probably having just been renovated, and had a mini kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, and the view of the mountains was great.However, I was disappointed that there were so many problems from check-in to check-out.First, check-in took a very long time and I paid for the room, but check-out took a long time and I was charged again. She apologized right away, so I felt better about it, but now that I think about it, I didn't receive a receipt, so I couldn't prove it...I was especially surprised because the hot springs were so hot that I couldn't get into them, and when I called they didn't answer the phone, and the staff who finally came after someone else told the front desk didn't apologize or care, just gave me water and left. I did it. It was hot and I couldn't stop sweating, and I was even more sticky than before I entered the hot spring.Since I was staying overnight without meals, I was looking forward to the hot springs and going to the hot springs many times.The hot spring water was relaxing and my skin felt smooth and smooth.The staff apologized properly and were considerate, so it was still good, but even though it had just opened and I wasn't used to it, I was worried about what was going on.
