It is an auberge with a first-class atmosphere, in a very nice environment, with carefully thought-out interiors and facilities. The cake I ordered separately upon arrival, the dessert for dinner, and the breakfast were all good and matched the atmosphere.I think of an auberge as a place to go to enjoy a meal. This is an auberge with an atmosphere where you can expect to find dishes that are priced to match the atmosphere, and are made with the cost of ingredients and extra effort. With that kind of food, that nice interior is a waste.I wanted a female chef who could immerse herself in cooking when her children were away.

A small auberge located on the Fairy Tale Road (National Route 299). |It is located in a green corner where you can enjoy French meals for both dinner and breakfast. …

Located in Tateshina Kogen, it feels very homey🏠️It was a wonderful auberge 🎵The food prepared by the female chef's wife looks and tastes like no other, and the local ingredients are expertly prepared. Also, the host was very knowledgeable about wine and recommended wine that would go well with the food.I went with my daughter and would like to visit again 🎵Although the climate is completely different geographically from Kagoshima, I would definitely go there again 😊😋

Stayed here as a couple in mid-September. Overall, I thought it was a good hotel as everyone's reviews said. For breakfast, I had salad, then bread, and eggs Benedict, but the salad was only leafy vegetables, and although the eggs Benedict was delicious, the taste was monotonous, so I got a little tired of it in the second half. I think it has something to do with budget, but I felt there was quite a difference from the evening meal, so it would be nice to add some color to the salad with paprika, beets, tomatoes, etc., and add refreshing steamed vegetables to the eggs Benedict as a side dish. That's how I felt personally. At check-out, I asked, "Can I apply Shinshu Discount?" and was told that it wasn't possible because the reservation date was not eligible. I also checked the dates when I made the reservation, so I thought it might have changed, so I checked the Shinshu Wari website again, and it turned out that our reservation date was still the same. When I returned to the hotel and inquired again, I was told that "you need to apply in advance." The response was different from when I first contacted them, which made me feel very uncomfortable, so I left immediately.I wasn't feeling well, so I called the Shinshu Wari Secretariat, but they told me that there are some facilities that require advance application in addition to the schedule. The Shinshu Wari website does not clearly state that advance application is required, so it is a difficult system. This hotel is registered as a Shinshu Discount business operator, and I think they are receiving some benefits, so I wish they would have made at least an announcement. There was no mention not only on the reservation site but also on the official website. It's been a long time, but...When making an online reservation for this hotel, there is no field to indicate whether you would like to receive the Shinshu discount, so if you make a regular reservation (via Yahoo Travel) like I did, you will not be eligible. I was very disappointed, but I learned a lesson from this, as other inns in Nagano prefecture smoothly offered discounts even for regular reservations. Please be careful if you are planning to stay and are expecting a discount.

It's an auberge, so of course I was looking forward to the food, but the bath was nice, which I wasn't expecting as much. I was wondering what it would be like since I had read that the water in the bathroom was thoroughly purified of impurities using a special filtration device, but the bathtub was nice and the hot water felt as smooth as a hot spring. Ta. On the day I stayed, I had given up on visiting the nearby hot springs due to the bad weather, but I was able to enjoy them to the fullest. I enjoyed the food, which was centered around local vegetables, and I would like to thank you for a memorable stay.
