I usually use the former Futase and Ikenoshima campgrounds, but due to the recent heatwave, it was difficult to run the circulator inside the bungalow, so I decided to use this campground with air conditioning and an indoor bath for the first time.Built along a mountain stream, it is a quiet environment with no traffic.Breakfast is available if you make a reservation in advance. The building is a solid wooden structure, and it reminded me of the Hiraniwa Sanso in Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture. The construction is good, but the building I stayed in was located in a remote location, and there were a lot of weeds, so I wish they would at least cut the grass from the parking space to the entrance.Furthermore, because the distance between the building and the previous building is narrow, it is absolutely impossible to have a barbecue outside.I came here just for the bonfire, so it was fine, but if you want to have a barbecue outside, it's better to specify a building along the road. (This part is different from the cottage at Hiraniwa Sanso)Also, guests can use Kajika-no-Yu for free, but there was an announcement in advance asking people to come for a walk, but it was a hassle as it was a long way away and you had to climb a hill to get there. I used the indoor bath (hot spring) in the room.I could really feel the hot springs, as the fat on my body made the area feel slimy. The toilet is clean, but it doesn't have a washlet, so if it were possible, I would rate it even better if it were installed. These are my impressions of Slumber Camper.

The cottages are very close to the pottery, so it's a convenient place to stay if you want to make ceramics. There is a porch for outdoor meals on warm days. The refrigerator is larger than a hotel fridge, so it is possible to bring ingredients or meals and make food in the kitchen. The heater and air conditioner heat and cool the cottage well, and the futons are comfortable. There is a convenience store a short drive away in case you need anything, and there is a shop by the cottages that sells fresh local vegetables and handmade products. I bought some cute handmade face masks. There is also a small ¥100 store on site. The soba restaurant was open for lunch and dinner while we were there. It seemed like a lot of locals like to eat there as the restaurant was busier than the campground. Clearly the food is very popular.

There is a bath on the premises, which is perfect for beginners camping. However, the space to put up a tent is small, so it's a battle for space during the season.

My family and I go on a ski trip every year. You can take a bath in the hot springs and relax at a reasonable price.

There is a beautiful river flowing next to the facility, where even small children can play. The hot springs and restaurants are both cheap and delicious.Measures against gnats are essential.

I was surprised to see a cottage with a hot spring. You can see the cherry blossoms at night.
