I made a reservation because the reviews on the travel site were good. I stayed with my dog, and the dog passed through a separate, shabby exterior hallway in a room that looked like a temporary building. I was pretty shocked at that point. The walls are thin and the sound is through. Besides, is our room near the boiler? There was a slight vibration sound throughout the night. Would you like to build a guest room in a place like this? There is also an additional charge of 4,000 yen for dogs, and there is no service provided. The only thing I do is pick up trash after the walk lol. What is the extra charge for? Dogs are only allowed, but this is not a welcoming hotel. The worst part is the bathroom. The tiles are cracked, it's lukewarm, and the shower doesn't even have hot water. Are you cleaning it? It's so dirty. The food was voluminous and delicious, but the menu, such as shabu-shabu and teppanyaki, was different from the image of the hotel. Pensions in the same price range offer course meals, etc. The service where you can freely enjoy drinks and small sweets in the lobby was good. The parking lot next to the hotel is for employees near the building, and for guests in a narrow space further down. You have to climb a lot of stairs, so it's a pain to carry your luggage up. There is another parking lot, but it is in an inconvenient location that requires a short walk from the building.I liked Himekidaira because it was close to the Venus Line and it was a quiet place. This accommodation may be suitable for those who mainly ski, but it did not meet my needs as I was looking for a family trip or a fun stay with my dog.It seems like there are a lot of good dog-friendly pensions around, so I thought I'd do more research and choose one next time.Reviews on travel sites are surprisingly unreliable.

I stayed here for 2 nights to escape the heat. After all, it is located at a high altitude of 1,450m, so even in the extreme heat, the area below is cool, and the mornings and evenings are cold. However, that was outside, and there was no air conditioner, so even though there was a fan, it was so hot that I couldn't sleep even with the windows open and the heat-proof curtains closed. The people staying at the inn are all very nice, but for better or worse, it feels more like a ``grandma's house in the countryside'' or a slightly better pension, so I lowered my rating because I can't say it was worth the price.

Both the owner and the cook are warm and friendly people. There were a lot of antiques in the lobby, including sofas from the 16th century, so I was hesitant to sit down. The view from the corner room is good, especially the stars on the north side can be seen clearly if the weather is nice.I guess the amount of food depends on the person, but it was too much for me...I wonder if two pieces of bread per person is enough for breakfast. It's difficult because the amount that each person can eat is different...I should tell them in advance that I can't eat that much. Good luck...There are several bathrooms, and I went to two of them, but the fan in one of the changing rooms was running full of dust, the scale was full of dust, and there were many small insects falling in the washroom. I used to do a lot of things, so I wonder if it would be safe to use it if you were careful about the changing room as well.

It's a hot spring! There are 5 baths all designed with the style of private baths. Also available with saunaIt's like a pension, so the rooms, hallways, lobby, and dining room have a very cute atmosphere. The fireplace in the lobby makes me feel like I can stay for a long time.Dinner was shabu-shabu, but it also came with an appetizer, rice, miso soup, and cheese fondue.Enough taste and quantityBreakfast was bread, salad, and yogurt, but it was a normal, bland breakfast.A hotel with a nice appearance and environment? So I would like to go again

The view from the room is amazing. The food is ok and the chef's response is good. Overall, I can feel the owner's commitment, but I didn't feel any commitment from a customer's perspective. The room is small and the bathroom is not cleaned properly? . Pets are allowed, but I cannot recommend it.
