2021/8/6As of summer 2021, is it being rebuilt? Extension? I was doing constructionIt's right in front of Mt. Kitadake, so it's a good base.2024/10/13I stayed in a renovated shoulder hut. There was a thin mattress, a sleeping bag, a blanket, and a comforter. The two-step staircase to the top is steep.Dinner was three times.Famous shoulder roast yakiniku? It is served piping hot on an iron plate.Refills of rice and miso soup are free. The rice is a bit soggy, as you would expect from a mountain hut.Breakfast the next morning can be made into a bento box.The portion was generous and included a juice pack. There is only one water source, and this is the only place to drink and wash your hands. The toilet is also outside.

A hut in the Southern Alps, Yamanashi Prefecture."Kitadake Shoulder Hut"I stayed in a tent for one night. It's a pretty nice view. The toilets are also clean and you can relieve yourself with peace of mind. Please note that water costs 200 yen per liter. There is a water hole, but it is a little far away. When the wind is strong, you need to be careful when pitching and folding your tent.

This is a mountain hut (altitude 3000m) located closest to the summit of Mt. Kitadake. The course time to the summit is 40 minutes. The view from the plaza in front of the hut is very good, and although you can't see the southern part of the Southern Alps, Mt. Fuji, Mt. Houou, Mt. Kaikomagatake, and Mt. Senjogatake are especially beautiful and cool.

This time, I went on an expedition from my hometown of Shimane to Mt. Kitadake. Actually, I had originally planned to climb Mt. Kaikomagatake, but after hearing about it from a colleague at work and seeing the website of Kokada no Hut, I absolutely liked it, so I decided to visit there this time.On that day, we left Hirogawara at 6:30 in the morning and arrived at the shoulder hut around 12:30. After checking in, I was tired and lacked sleep in the morning, so I ate a light lunch and took a rest until the evening. Although it is located at an altitude of 3,000M, I was surprised at how new and clean the interior was, including the wood grain.Well, dinner was ``pork shoulder loin grilled on a ceramic plate'' as shown in the photo attached. I think it's very luxurious for a mountain hut. Also, since it's a shoulder hut, the way the shoulders are tied together is quite stylish. The only disappointing thing was that the staff assigned us a table to sit at, and it felt like we were forced to eat together with people we didn't know.If it had been natural, it would have been nice to have a conversation, but everyone was eating in silence. He was there. In addition, you have to pay a fee to use the toilet and water, but it is quite a hassle, and personally, I think it would be better if guests could pay the fee together as part of their accommodation fee. I did. (Stayed on 8/7/2024)
