Amarin Seminyak is a pool villa located in the Seminyak area. The facilities were a bit old, but there was a convenience store and currency exchange right across the street, so it was convenient to live in. The pool is quite long and there is a children's pool, so it is recommended for a family trip. The largest of the four rooms has a large bathtub. The chef came to the family room with an integrated living room kitchen and prepared breakfast himself. In terms of transportation, there is a lot of traffic because it is in the Seminyak area.

This was our second stay at the Amarin first being Nov 22 most recently in May 23 and sadly our last…Amarin villas has so much potential, great location, amazing size pool, great layout but unfortunately lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance for the price you pay is unacceptable, not to mention the front of house isn’t the most welcoming.Here’s the negativesWater damage on several wallsShower head only half works in master bathroomSoap scum build up on shampoo/conditioner bottlesBathroom vanity stained and not cleaned prior (had someone else hair)Terrible Wifi doesn’t work at all in the master bedroomRotting deck around poolDoor that you couldn’t lock leading to a water feature (we have small children)The butler’s are lovely although we realised they had unlock external doors to the pool during housekeeping.Pool guy decided to dose the pool with chlorine in the middle of the day just as we arrived back for a swim after being out for 2 hours meaning we couldn’t swim for awhile (housekeeping asked if the villa was free to clean when we were heading out)Charged $10 per day for an extra high chair when it was free in Nov 22 then blamed it on change of owner shipRequested late checkout for 1pm the best they could offer was 12:30These are all minor issues but you expect a higher quality of service we you’re paying $600+ per night.Stay else where for cheaper.

At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken, but they took care of it right away and fixed it the same day! It's amazing.Breakfast was also prepared on site and was delicious.What I'm a little concerned about are the insects that often sneak into my room (;´∀｀)Fusama Reikiichi has begun, and the training has been completed, and the training has been completed on Arima.Hayakamiya also has people who serve boiled rice and quick meals.The only point of comparison is the point of no intrusion.

The villa is located in a strategic area in the Seminyak Kerobokan area and is easy to find, a building with a private concept so that holidays with family are more enjoyable without being disturbed.Vehicle parking is not spacious enough but there is security to help arrange it.The staff service is friendly and helpful...

I really like it! Location on Jl Beraban, direct access to the main road unlike most villas in general (because the average villa is in an alley & parking is limited). Plus there is also security in front of the villa. The parking lot is quite spacious, maybe it can fit 3-6 cars if it's very fullThe villa is not too big, but enough for 8 people. The staff is helpful, the amenities are complete, the kitchen is really good, lots of towels, hairdryer, smart TV, spacious pool, gazebo is also available...Overall it's really okay and kids friendly (not many stairs so it's safe for children to run around, there is also a short pool but unfortunately there are no barriers, so small children still have to be supervised). Make sure to bring tools for washing dishes (sponge/other tools) because the villa doesn't provide...

Wow dirty room. Dirty blanket . Dirty kitchen set. This Villa it’s under maintaining for long time . the towel it’s very dirty too., the towel need new one . The pool too under maintaining for long time too . the water in the swimming pool is dirty and smells
