Used only for lodging. If you would like to stay in the main building (an old inn building), we recommend that you let us know when making your reservation. I had made a reservation because I wanted to stay in the old main building, but since I hadn't told them about it, I was sent to an annex in the back that looked like a small, old-fashioned business hotel. I checked to see if I could stay at the Japan Pavilion, but it seemed like I had another reservation, so I couldn't.This annex was extremely unsanitary. There was someone's hair scattered all over the room, and there was a lot of hair in the drain.Personally, I don't mind if it's old or a little dirty, but I didn't like this place...

This is a wonderful Japanese style inn. At first glance, it looks like the world of Sen and Chihiro. I only passed by during a local cultural festival, but I would like to use it someday.

Currently, we only accommodate one group per day... Thank you very much for allowing us to use this wonderful building in such a luxurious way!

Not only the exterior, but also the front stairs inside the entrance, the interior of the parlor on the second floor, the parlor on the second floor, and the rooms facing the street are very atmospheric! The balcony with a railing overlooking the road under the eaves on the second floor has a feel that makes you want to stand there for a long time. The rock bath at the back of the first floor was also great. The food was also very delicious. Although it was a small inn, it was a culinary inn...I definitely want to try the famous potato soup and eel next time. The guest room on the second floor, which was probably built during the Taisho era, is a 10-tatami and 8-tatami room, but only one group is allowed per day! The proprietress told us about her memories of her son, who was active as a sumo wrestler, visiting and staying at the Mihogaseki Stable with Master Kitanoko. It was a valuable wooden inn that still exists and was founded in the late Edo period.

This is the streetscape of an old post town. I enjoyed it. I also saw Yokosuka Castle🏯. It's a small cultural exhibition.
