This is a facility that you will never get tired of no matter how many times you visit.I think it's worth becoming an XIV owner just to be able to come here once a year. No matter what you say, it's quiet. Tea time on the terrace is a blissful time.There are really few people during the off-season.You can relax and feel like you're in a villa.The food isn't always perfect, but it's generally satisfying.There is a sauna in the public bath and an open-air bath. This open-air bath is the perfect way to refresh yourself.The pool is heated and located outdoors, but you can use it all year round.This is a very nice hotel surrounded by forest.

One of the top 3 places to enjoy in the vicinity of Tokyo.The hot spring is very nice, and hygiene and cleanliness are well maintained.(The entire Exive is well managed)The staff are always very friendly too.There are many animals living near the resort, and you can always see deer and sometimes even raccoons.A resort full of forest scent and healing.

I stayed here on a weekday in early September after playing golf. We appreciate your continued hospitality during this time!For dinner, I chose Chinese food. I received the chef's recommended course! I was happy that they casually prepared Shaoxing wine with grains and dried plums.The miso soup for breakfast had the crunchy texture of the lettuce and I ate it all (^^)The large public bath also has a sauna, and the water bath feels great! You can also relax in the open-air bath while looking at the plants. We hope to see you again next year!

Although the building is old, I think the food, hot springs, and staff's service spirit are always at the top. My only complaint is that although I have stayed here many times, I have never been able to enter the entrance in one go. From the Chino Interchange, always overlook the signboard on the left side of the uphill slope. You can't miss it when it comes down from above. Can we add more signboards about 200 to 300 meters in front of the area where you turn left?

The hotel is surrounded by forests and is very quiet. Although we don't do any activities, it's a place worth just spending time quietly.I guess it's surprisingly cheap if you eat well, but it makes you want to eat good food.

Hotels in high mountains are often foggy in the summer, snowy in the winter, and humid, so the wooden buildings are likely to get damaged easily... they're all in disrepair. Also, the building is too large and the layout is like a maze, making it difficult to understand. And it's dark. I want to test my courage to go back to my room alone at night. Even in such a situation, the guests who came to cool off did not leave behind, and the meals were divided into several meals. Even though the staff are busy, I get the impression that they do their best to provide attentive service without making a negative face. Thank you for your help.

I used it in mid-August.Even in summer, the temperature was in the 20s, so it was very cool and cold in the mornings.I like saunas, and I especially like taking a bath in the fresh air after taking a cold bath, but there were only two chairs and someone was usually sitting there, so I couldn't relax because I had to sit on the ground or sit on the side of the bath. .The atmosphere of the open-air bath is very nice, but I would like to see more chairs, beds, etc.It's a big hotel, so maze-like that I got lost every time I went from my room to the bathroom.I think it would be easier to understand if the layout map and current location were displayed in various places.I used it for 1 night and 2 days, but I got lost even after taking a morning bath on the second day.The Alimekan breakfast for breakfast was just the right amount and I was very satisfied.

The location is perfect in the midst of the great nature of Tateshina.The building is also very nice, not luxurious, but luxurious.We had dinner at a mid-range Italian restaurant, but it was deliciously delicious.However, "customer service is third-rate."・Check-in and check-out where you have to wait in line with your luggage. (There are too few counters considering the size of the facility. There is no guidance from staff.)・Water was leaking from the tray from the ice machine, so I called out to the nearby cleaning staff and they handed me a rag. Should I wipe it?・The restaurant staff's voices are so loud that I can't concentrate on my meal.・I felt lonely because the seat I was given for dinner was outside the main area of the restaurant, so I asked the front desk if I could eat in the main area for breakfast the next morning. The first thing the front staff told me was, ``Your seat will be determined based on the reservation status of other customers.'' I know that. I didn't complain about the bad seats for dinner, I just asked for a good seat for breakfast. I think the answer to that question would be, "I'll check with the restaurant. I'm sorry that we couldn't meet your request." Perhaps they are so polite that they have forgotten the spirit of hospitality.The food is delicious, the kids love the pool, and the company's benefits make it cheap, so I'll probably go again, but my personal opinion is that with this kind of attitude, the future of this group is doubtful.
