I stayed there the other day. Only the older man at the front desk was pleasant. The room was in the new building and was clean, but it was a bit of a walk from the front desk, so it might be difficult for older people. I have a lot of vegetables for dinner, but both beef and pork were tough for two days in a row. Moreover, the overall amount is small, so I don't think it's suitable for young men. The cooking speed is also slow. Looks like a regular who came later for breakfast and dinner? My family gets the food first.did.The woman at the front desk brought breakfast on the first day, perhaps due to a lack of staff, but we had to wait for 30 minutes and it was still slow. The woman at the restaurant was nice. They don't clean the room even after staying for 2 days, and they don't change the teacup in the room or the cup in the bathroom unless you ask at the front desk. It's very unfriendly. The bath is for guests only and you can use it until late, but it is small and there is only one hair dryer, which is inconvenient. The public bath is dimly lit and crowded with day trip bathers, so it's extremely crowded and only open until 9pm. I went there thinking it would be open in the morning, but it's only open from 10am. It was a good thing that the nearby accommodations are only for guests from 8:45pm until late at night, but in the end, dinner was served so slowly that I had to go to the bathroom after finishing it.Please take care of your guests! Please think a little more!At the very least, it would be better to keep the room only for guests from 9pm until Shinya.Even on my way home, the front desk staff never came to the entrance to clean up.I guess I won't go next time.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room in the main building for several nights during summer vacation. I like the quality of the hot spring water and have used it multiple times for quite some time.I was aware that the accommodation fee was reduced in exchange for the lack of futon bedding and amenities, but what surprised me was that they did not take out the trash or clean the room.On the first day, they barely threw out the garbage (though they left behind used teacups and cups), but as someone who was staying cheaply, it was hard to complain. .On the second day, the garbage was not thrown out or cleaned, and the used teacups were not replaced. I was really shocked when I came back from going out. When I asked the front desk if the plan didn't include such services, I was shocked to hear the answer was, "If you're staying for multiple nights, we won't do it unless you tell us." There was no such description on the official website, no such explanation at check-in, and no such description in the information posted in the room. Also, even if you ask for cleaning every day, there are many times when the front desk staff is not available (there was a sign at the counter to inform them that they are not available during check-out and check-in times or during the night). I had to figure out the timing, and even though I came here to relax, I had to keep worrying about the time at the front desk. So on the last day, I hung the sign in my room that said "Please clean" on the doorknob of the room, but I guess I had to tell the front desk directly (?) In the end, they didn't clean or take out the garbage. It was. Also, even when I went to ask for cleaning or exchange money for the coin laundry when staff were on duty at the front desk, there was often no one there. I remembered it at the coin laundry, but when I asked for the exchange, it was a little strange. . I had them break a 1000 yen bill, but what came out was one 500 yen coin and five 100 yen coins. I don't usually use coin laundry machines, so I realized after a while that the machine doesn't accept 500 yen coins. Why did he give me a 500 yen coin when I needed 5 100 yen coins for the washing machine and at least one 100 yen coin for the dryer? . I didn't have the energy to go to the front desk anymore, so I bought a drink I didn't want to drink from the vending machine and threw it all up.It may be unavoidable due to the recent labor shortage, and it may be that our family was the only ones who happened to experience this, but I wonder if they could handle it from a customer's perspective a little more. It's really sad and disappointing. I was planning to stay at the hotel at the end of the year, but I canceled it and I don't think I will use it again in the future.

There are Tarzan ropes and swings made by connecting trees with ropes on the premises. My 9-year-old daughter tried the Tarzan rope and crashed into a tree, resulting in a massive nosebleed. I told the front desk about this and got some tissues and ice, but the front desk staff came to check on me a while later and saw my nose bleeding on the ground and said, ``It's fine just like that.'' ``( (Tarzan Rope) Didn't it stop at the end?'' He didn't say anything about my daughter's injury. (My daughter's clothes and shoes were covered in blood.)When I went through the front desk about an hour later, I was finally asked, "Are you okay?", and when I checked out, a different woman at the front desk seemed apologetic and simply said, "I'm sorry."A cutter knife was left on the table next to the play equipment, and tools for mowing the grass were also left on the play equipment (with no one around who seemed to be working on it), and the play equipment was not used even after an hour. There were no warning signs posted. My first family trip became a bad memory due to the inn's poor response and poor crisis management.
