We stayed in a 3-bedroom duplex for 6 days on a trip with two families.I had a very comfortable time. Spacious rooms, good location, complete privacy, rich breakfast, etc. The staff were very friendly and I had a very comfortable stay. I will choose it again if I visit Seminyak again!

Our opinion of this Villa is very favorable.It is true that it is far from the nightlife. But you can solve that with blue bird taxis. 7 minutes walk from the beach. The street where I was was too lonely and dark for the nightWe were in a villa with a well-equipped kitchen-living room, it even had a Bluetooth speaker, a refrigerator (with water, chocolate, oreos, soft drinks... which are replenished every day) if it is true that the fabric on the sofas was a little dirty ... separated were the rooms, very spacious, in the 2 rooms with King size beds (very comfortable), the bathrooms with shower and bathtub, with daily bottles of waterLarge and clean poolIn short, a villa that is very well maintained and to enjoy Seminyak

The location is a bit inside, so if you want to walk, it's a bit further than you think. There is no shuttle, the water in the bathroom tastes salty, and the villa I stayed in had no sunlight coming into the pool, so the water was extremely cold, and when the lights inside the pool were turned on at night, there was so much dust or dead skin cells in the water that I felt uncomfortable, so I left right away and the sound of the pool water rippling continued all night long. It was annoying to hear it. Especially at dawn, when it's quiet, the sound of the water is very loud. It's shocking that you can't turn it off...The bedding smells really bad, like bleach or disinfectant. There were so many stains on the sofa that it got all over my pajamas, so it was uncomfortable to sit on. There were a lot of mosquitoes and I also saw large ants in the room quite often.The room layout is pretty, but I don't think I'll come back.I don't know why the reviews are good. The woman with glasses is friendly.

Amazing stay! Very spacious with beautiful interior and very well thought out amenities. Room service was so quick and the food was yummy! Definitely recommend especially when you’re planning to stay longer in Seminyak!

Very nice villa with booking 3 bedroom and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Accommodating. Clean. We are enjoying our stay. Food from their local inhouse restaurant is excellent. Walking to the beach is 5 minutes. Enjoying Petitenget beach now. We would repeat our stay here again. Can see their villa on YouTube videos if you want.

It's the best value for money and I like it. It's a little far from downtown, so it's quiet at night. If you walk about 10 minutes, there are convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants.The downside is that the Wi-Fi keeps breaking down and not working well... It's either a tap under the sink in the room or a drain burst, and water keeps flowing out on the bathroom floor. Other than those two things, everything was good. Floating breakfast is cheaper if you order it upon arrival rather than making a reservation somewhere!

The location is good and the rooms are spacious and clean. They clean the room twice a day. We provide ample refills of water and minibar for free. The pool was also clean. The breakfast taste was so-so, but it was edible. The quantity was large. The staff are all friendly... I will visit again if I come back to Seminyak.

I stayed for 4 nights for about 400,000 won per night.The staff are so kind. Sincerely trying to help. There is a lot of consideration.The room is nice, the pool is big and pretty. The pictures come out well. What's special about it is that the kitchen and bedroom are completely separate? At night, I just stay in the bedroom because of the bugs.One thing that bothers me about the pool is that the depth of the water is 1.5m, so even at 170cm, I have to tiptoe to play. Tubes are a must for young kids! There is a beach ball that you can play with roughly like a tube. Fun.There are 4 showers!Mee Goreng breakfast is really delicious too. Tasty and very satisfying. It's so convenient because everything is brought to your room.There are some inconveniences because the location is a bit inside... There is a seminyak square nearby that has some stores, and if you go a little further, Bintang Market is very large, so it's convenient.

Booked this cozy villa away from the noise and traffic. Its a short 5 mins walk to the main street and you have access to many food options nearby with good reviews. Out stay was wonderful. Breakfast was good and you get to pick your choices the day before and we tried almost every option available. Pool was abit too deep for children so float is a must. Villa was slightly dated but i think its still better than the others ive stayed in. The bed was big and due to the size of the villa cooling will take a little longer. Staff at the villa were very attentive and could accommodate all my request. Only drawback was thr WiFi. Somehow the WiFi don't work well at night. We did feedback to the staff but our stayed ended by then. Lots of fantastic Instagramable restaurants and shopping places a short grab ride away

It's great that the living room and kitchen are blocked off from the outside with folding doors.Most of the pool villas on the Seminyak side have an open public space, so it is hot during the day and insects fly in in the evening, so it is considered an unnecessary space, but in Koeno Koeni Villa, this area is blocked off with a folding door and has separate air conditioning and a separate bathroom, so it is convenient for families. It's a great place to be together.The breakfast is clean (ask for less salt), and the pick-and-drop driver is very friendly. You are really kind.The cleaning staff and the staff preparing breakfast are also very kind and gentle.The female employee at the counter who serves customers is a bit rude and far from friendly, but she is not unfriendly.The location is slightly outside the busiest part of Seminyak, so it is easily accessible and the evenings are quiet and nice.There were some foreign substances in the swimming pool here and there, but they weren't too annoying, and the water quality was better than I expected.The walls are raised high, providing privacy, and the landscaping fills in areas that might otherwise be stuffy, making it harmonious.The water temperature is also suitable due to the combination of appropriate shade and sun.
