My head hurts from the smell of chemicals in the bathroom. My friend has mold. The bathroom is seriously dirty.

There were bugs in the water stream from the basic sink, and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, making it difficult to make phone calls. This place was much dirtier than I thought. There was mold on the bedding, so I raised the issue and asked for a refund, but it was impossible. The bathroom smelled like a strange mold or medicine. It smells so bad that even the bed smells. I asked to change the room, but they refused, saying there were no vacancies. However, I found a few empty rooms. Then, I asked them to clean it, and the owner cleaned it for about 2 minutes. It was the same before and after cleaning. I told him about the problem, but the owner must have left work. The only response was a parrot telling me to inquire with an Agoda employee. The owner gave the same response after checking by phone. Refund is not possible. Well, I used it today so I asked for a refund at least for a day, but it was impossible. There are many reviews saying that it is good to have a supermarket nearby, but other than that, there is really nothing there, so I will put up with the dirty bathroom. I said, "Isn't there mold on the pillow? It was a waste of money, so I tried to sleep in, but it was so disgusting that I couldn't stay here, so I quickly found a room at 3 a.m. and ran out. I've never had to run out anywhere before, but the room condition was worse than that of a hostel. It was so horrible to just lie there. Do you want to use a net because it's dirty? At least if you're Korean, you won't go here... The owner, you can't do business like this in good conscience. If you're selling a room like this... you should humanely give me a refund if you make a complaint. You're giving me bad memories of Bali during my trip. It will be remembered as this. This accommodation seems to need improvement. Please refer to the condition of the accommodation, such as the moldy pillow below, and make a reservation if you want unfriendly service.

10 minutes by bike from Canggu BeachThere is a large supermarket nearby and accessibility is good.The reception was so so so so friendly. It was really the best~~~๐๐๐I had a lot of questions about this and that, and I was so grateful for the kind answers ๐The accommodation was clean and I really liked it. It was the best accommodation!!The air conditioner was cool and it was even better because there was a refrigerator.

Clean rooms, welcoming staff, good value. Loud street, very close to very nice supermarket, very close to beach (12 minute walk), dated ugly bathroom, didnโt like the bed, overall good value and noisy due to loud motorbikes late at night
