I stayed in a single room. An inn? It seems to be a renovated guest house, but you can almost think of it as a private house. lobby? It was also mostly a living room. You can rent a kitchen and a washing machine, so it's recommended for those who want to do whatever they want. The room key can be easily opened from the outside if you want to, so it's not suitable for people who are nervous. I think this is the cheapest place near Niigata Port. There are no special check-out procedures, so it's convenient for catching the 6:00 flight to Sado.

I couldn't get a business hotel during the Obon season, so I had no choice but to stay at a guesthouse for the first time. I let my guard down and just drank, went home, and went to sleep. The air conditioner was a window type and worked well, but was noisy. The person in the shared room had the lights on all night so it was too bright. If you're staying alone, you don't have to worry about it, but it depends on who you're sharing the room with.

Thank you for staying in the dormitory several times.A wooden tenement? Although the building is old, it was renovated to accommodate overnight stays, but it was a comfortable space. The dormitory is about 4.5 tatami mats in size and has bunk beds, so it's a little small but spacious enough. The shared washing machine has detergent and is free to use.The shared kitchen is equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, gas water, a microwave, and a refrigerator.Bath towels (face towels?) are provided in the bath. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.It had everything and was comfortable. The manager was kind.I would like to stay again.About 30 minutes walk from Niigata Station. It takes about 25 minutes from Hakusan Station. It would be faster to take the bus, but it was also fun to walk around Furumachi. The only thing that bothered me was that the walls were so thin that I could hear people talking in the next room. It's not a hotel, so we have no choice but to be generous.

Arrived on 11/18, 2023, the weather was not very good.Kind old gentleman, clean and comfortable room. The old gentleman was worried that I didn't know how to use the heater, so he turned on the heater for me.

Cheap place. Slightly dirty, but I guess you can't expect much for the price. You can also hear everything that's happening in the house.
