It's already closed. I wanted you to try harder. If it had been for the benefit of the townspeople, I think it would have survived.Today was the pre-opening day, and I was the first one to take pictures everywhere. Put your shoes in the shoe box and have them exchanged for a wristband at the reception desk. If you spend time there and buy something, it will all be recorded and paid for when you leave. There were blowers everywhere as a precaution against the coronavirus. There was also a place where you could enjoy a barbecue, and the smell of burning wood was in the air. I'm looking forward to lunch. There was no greeting from the staff at all, so I thought everything would be fine. Since you're now open, please do your best.

I had made a reservation several months in advance, but was simply refused accommodation 13 days in advance because they were unable to prepare. If I had been notified earlier, I would have changed my travel plans, but the nearby facilities were already fully booked and I couldn't find a place to stay, and the trip itself was subject to cancellation fees. Can't you at least arrange for a nearby facility? I'm really in trouble.

In February 2024, I was unable to get through to email or phone calls, but I was told that I would be closed for the time being. I can't find a single word on their homepage or Instagram that they're closed, so I wonder what's going on.

It seems to be very good for those who usually go camping etc. On the other hand, those who only go glamping may have a low rating.Although there were some concerns such as the smell of the tent and the self-serve dinner, it was a nice experience considering it was a fully air-conditioned camp.

Even though it's called a hot spring forest, this facility is meaningless if you can't use it. I felt that contacting them via email the day before was not sincere. They say they will guide you to nearby hot spring facilities, but they close early, and the 20-40 minute round trip by car is not enough to replace them. Isn't it hospitality to write about this in detail in your e-mail in advance or to contact us by phone? The facilities were generally good, but the breaker in the tent we stayed in frequently tripped (we only used the air conditioner), and we had to turn it on about 5 or 6 times in the cold and dark at night, making it difficult to sleep. I felt it was expensive due to the above reasons.
