I thought it was wonderful to feel the warmth of the people, the no-frills atmosphere of the landlady, the delicious food, and the feeling of being at a relative's home and being taken care of.I'm looking forward to staying with you for two nights at the end of February. 🤭

The landlady? People who seem to judge customers based on their appearance and change their attitude toward customer service. We were unable to provide even the bare minimum of customer service, and the arrogant and rude customer service made us feel uncomfortable.There are some highly rated reviews, but I think the customer service attitude changes depending on the price plan.In fact, I have seen him cheerfully and smilingly responding to people who are above his accommodation plan.

My family and I have been going to Yamane-san every New Year's Day for the past eight years. I'm more than happy to meet your mother. The food is delicious and the accommodation is friendly and welcoming. The ski slopes are right in front of you, and Nakao-no-Yu is also nearby, so it's the perfect location to enjoy hot springs. Although we don't know each other's names, the regulars are good friends and I look forward to seeing them every year.

This is my second time skiing at Nozawa Onsen this year! After all, the accommodation is Yamane-san! I was so relieved to be warmly welcomed by the hostess, whom the customers called "Mother"! I'm so happy to have found such a place! In front of you is a ski slope. Delicious food. And the price is reasonable considering that utility costs are soaring. It was a fun trip thanks to you!

The shortest inn along the Karasawa lift. You can return from Hikage Slope with just one lift, which is very convenient.Everyone at the inn is warm and makes you feel comfortable. (current tense ^ ^)

It's an old-fashioned guesthouse with decent rooms, but the customer service was very good and I would like to stay here again. It seems like the ratings are divided, but I guess each person feels it differently.

This is a common guest house in Nozawa Onsen.I'm grateful to be so close to the slopes.The food is delicious.Nakao no Yu, a public bath at Nozawa Onsen, is also nearby.

I stayed here with a snowboarding plan. The location was great, right near the Karasawa lift. There was a lot of rice and it was all delicious. There were some things we couldn't eat, but the menu was prepared with that in mind. The room and toilet were both cleaned. It's a family run business with children making announcements inside the building, which made me feel at ease. As long as you knew the basics of greetings, politeness, and being on time, you could have a pleasant time.

The landlady is amazing!If you don't show up at breakfast time, they'll call you by name over the entire building to remind you. I felt sorry for the guests who arrived late and were exposed.I felt uncomfortable since the morning.

I have used it several times with my family. The landlady is a kind person. I just feel that the way I speak to her is tough, but she treats me very well. Dinner is plentiful and delicious. Although the building is old, it is clean and comfortable.
