The food is good, the hot springs are good, and even though it's Shibu Onsen, there are several parking spaces on the premises, so it's a really nice inn!

I visited for the first time with my family. It was a calming place, like coming back to my grandmother's house. It's a little far from the hot spring town, but it was just the right distance. The owner told us about recommended spots. All the places were wonderful. It is a hot spring village that I would like to visit again.

I had high expectations because the reviews were good, but to be honest, it was a disappointing stay.Cleaning is not done well overall. The open-air bath and the visible area are full of spider webs. The birdhouse that can be seen from the open-air bath remains upside down. All shoes and clogs were left unattended in the footrest area.It was a shared bathroom, but the door to the room leading to the bathroom was left open and groups of men were coming and going, so I was scared to go to the bathroom.I would like the hostel to warn us.The food was delicious, but there were a lot of disappointing things, everything was complicated and I had doubts about the cleanliness. It may be good for regulars, but I don't recommend it. The accommodation was not suitable for two women traveling together. There are many other small but clean accommodations in Shibu Onsen with delicious food and neat accommodations.

Although it is located a little far from the hot spring town, it is perfect for a walk! The open-air bath is slightly warm and you can wash your body, but there was a warning that you should wash your hair in the room bath. The room bath is hot from the source, so you can adjust the water temperature to your preference. The food was delicious, just as the reviews said, and the staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable. When it's crowded, the shoe storage area at the entrance can be quite crowded, so make sure to use the space wisely💡We apologize for the inconvenience caused by losing your smartphone on the way. I will visit again!

The best ryokan I've been to so far. Very clean, comfortable and well located near the trail to Snow Monkey Park. There is also your own hot spring with a view of the forest, as well as indoor baths. And many great restaurants within walking distance.

Not only dinner but also breakfast was carefully prepared one by one, making it the ideal breakfast for me at a ryokan.Since it is Shibu Onsen, I was prepared for quite hot water, but the open-air bath was unexpectedly lukewarm. So I took it easy while looking at the snowy scenery. The hot spring was a little thick, so it was okay to not apply lotion after taking a bath.
