It's a pity that there is no coin laundry.

I went with low expectations, but I was satisfied! It's true that the inn is old, but the elevator is new and feels safe, and the tatami mats in the guest rooms have been replaced with new ones.It also comes with a Plasmacluster humidifying air purifier.Although it is quite old, it is kept clean and at this price, I have no complaints. At this price, this quality is worth the price. What kind of person would be so stingy with that? That's what I thought. As for shampoo, they only had conditioner-in shampoo, so if you're interested, bring your own! Disposable toothbrushes, bath towels, and yukata provided. After checking out, the luggage storage and changing rooms were separated for men and women, so I felt safe. The drying room was spacious, bright, and easy to use! When I checked in in the middle of the night, a futon had been laid out. I'm really grateful. All the employees were also polite and kind.I will definitely use it again.

Stayed here as a family with children on a ski trip at the end of the year. The location is good as it is just a short walk from the express bus stop from Nagano Station. When you arrive, you can relax in the historic building and lobby, but there is a smoking area right next to the front desk that you don't see anymore, and I was concerned about the smell. The room we were given at check-in was a Japanese-style room, but there was a lot of long hair and dust on the tatami mats that stuck to our clothes. It was so disgusting that I tried cleaning it with the roller I had brought with me, but it was really messy.I think there were probably a lot of female students on ski classes or on school trips, so they probably kept using it.Despite the staff, I feel that the cleaning is not done at all.For some reason, there were a lot of staff in the cafeteria, and they seemed to want to clean up quickly during dinner, so even though there were people still eating, they were busy disposing of leftover food with trays and buckets. I felt pressured to eat quickly. The food content was quite average in quantity and taste. There were a lot of things that I thought were just ready-made items on a plate.I didn't feel like I was making anything other than hot pots or miso soup and rice. What surprised me was that each person was served a whole apple. The style is to cut it yourself with a knife.I don't think it's classy, probably because it's a hassle to cut.Shiga Kogen has a lot of low-cost accommodations, probably because people flock there even if they charge a certain price. There are no repeats.

Customer service is terrible. When I asked to go and pick up my charger late at night, the staff seemed to be a bit of a hassle.Where is the washing machine in the morning? When I asked about it, I was told that they couldn't do it in the morning, so when can I do it? When I asked him, he asked me to give him a break and went away.

I had an enjoyable experience staying at hotel sanraku. It’s located just 3-5 minutes walk to family ichinose ski area and ski lifts. Food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and I do not have to worry about heading out to get more food except lunch. Service was great with the staff being so helpful and showed me how locked my snowboard. Room was spacious and there is an indoor onsen at the basement. I will definitely miss the food and the wonderful staff.

The location is very good as you can go to Ichinose Family Ski Resort in about 5 minutes on foot. The ski drying room is located on the first basement floor. There is an elevator after you go down to the first basement floor. You can take off your boots in the drying room before entering the building, and slippers are also provided for your convenience.

You can get a discount ticket for night skiing at the ski resort. Although there is no ticket for children, I appreciate the 1000 yen discount ticket for adults. There is a drying room in the basement where you can lock your skis and leave your boots unlocked under the skis. There seemed to be a lot of regulars, and they were easy to talk to, creating a homely atmosphere.
