For 500k a day you get a trashed kitchen, without the necessary equipment, not even a knife, everything is dirty, the photo does not correspond to reality, everything is shabby and old. I am attaching a photo of their beautiful kitchen, they do not have a reception and the employees lay out their papers and things around the kitchen.

1. The staff, by Bali standards, are sullen (not friendly).2. The water pressure periodically dropped and the air conditioner stopped cooling the room.3. After the rain, water dripped from the ceiling directly above the bed, when asked to fix it, they plugged it with a napkin, which naturally fell out and the water flowed onto the bed again, the operation was repeated and the result was the same, in the end we moved the bed.4. The icing on the cake: The staff in the chat confirmed our request for an extension, but then changed their mind, apologized, and said that they had already rented out this place to other people, to whom, as it turned out, they had rented it out for $200/month more.Bottom line: you can stay for a couple of days, the place is tolerable, especially the view from the second floor, absolutely not for a long time

The main Balinese from the staff here is terrible: unprofessional and not very smart. Everything is incredibly old, everything is mildewed, even the pillows, there are holes out in the bathroom, which makes it impossible to regulate humidity - your things can get mildewed, I have never received hot water from the shower, there is garbage under the bed from previous guests, even broken glass, the air conditioner is old and has never been cleaned - you can get sick from mold, there is no kitchen, the table and chair are incredibly uncomfortable, on the neighboring house every morning and day some Balinese screams heart-rendingly.————————————The main Balinese from the staff here is simply terrible: unprofessional and not very intelligent. Everything is incredibly old, everything is moldy even the pillows, the bathroom has holes outwards making it impossible to regulate the humidity - your things can become moldy, I never got hot water from the shower, there is trash under the bed from previous guests even broken glass, the air conditioner is old and it has never been cleaned - you can get sick from mold, there is no kitchen, the table and stool are incredibly uncomfortable, in the neighboring area every morning and afternoon some Balinese screams heart-rendingly.

Amazing residence, so quiet, peaceful, close to all main stores etc. Had the best time. Only cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Really Recommended. Covered scooter parking. Lots of wildlife and view of the rice fields.
