I stayed there in December 2023 and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and really beautiful. Staffs was so nice and went extra miles for us. The food was delicious and filling. Overall it was a lovely stay.

I wanted to visit the public baths, so it was convenient because the inn was located in the center of Shibu Onsen town. The atmosphere of the inn and the rooms are very clean. When I entered the room, I received various explanations from Mr. Nakai while looking at the file, but the clear file was rolled up so it was hard to see.💦 I would like to get a new one.It was also inconvenient that the temperature of the air conditioner could not be adjusted to high, medium or low. There are a few things that caught my attention.Geta, sandals, and sandals for outdoor wear were placed at the entrance. It doesn't matter which one you wear...I felt a little uncomfortable wearing something I didn't know who wore it. (If you think that the person with athlete's foot is wearing shoes...)I thought it would be better to prepare one for each customer individually.

It is located in the center of Shibu Onsen, where there is a lot of excitement. The sound of people's geta walking outside can be heard from the room, which will become a memory of your trip. The rooms are clean and the hallways and floors are carpeted with tatami mats, so you can even use them indoors with bare feet. The information and facilities were also good. However, what I am concerned about is the lack of food intake. It wasn't a bad taste and it was delicious, but I feel like it's not enough for men.I have been to Shibu Onsen many times, but this hotel felt like the least.

The food is delicious. The customer service atmosphere is also good. The bath is hot, but that's what a hot spring is like. Although the location is small, it has a nice atmosphere. The price is not cheap, but I am satisfied.

The bath and hot water were good, I took 9 baths, it was hot but it was a good memory...However, the bed was good for people with bad legs.
