On October 12, 2024, I got off the mountain climbing taxi here and submitted my mountain climbing registration. After descending the mountain, I wanted to take a hot spring bath. I was happy to see them selling rice balls and mountaineering badges to climbers.

This is an inn that belongs to the Japan Secret Hot Springs Preservation Association. There is a box in front of the entrance where you can put your climbing plan. The day trip bathing fee is 500 yen. There is no smartphone signal reception. After descending Mt. Amakashiyama, I was allowed to use the open-air bath ☆ The hot water was nice ♨ Thank you very much (*^-^*)

I visited here for the night after climbing Mt. Amakashiyama.Although it is a historic building, it is well-maintained and feels nice. The food and hot springs are perfect. Is it really good at this reasonable price? It may be difficult to visit, but I definitely recommend it for mountain climbing. The starry sky is unforgettable.

It's a hot spring deep in the mountains where you won't feel the hustle and bustle of the world.Since it is a hot spring at the foot of Mt. Amakashi, one of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains, the parking lot is located inside the cliff. It's a mountain hut at the foot of the mountain, so it's mainly used by mountaineers. The hot springs can be a little hot or a little lukewarm and change depending on the day. It has a slimy feel and is good for your skin. There is a place where you can eat, and this time I ate it because I love ramen. It was delicious. The water was spring water, cold and soft and easy to drink.Previously, there was no cell phone reception, so it was a place where I could enjoy nature, but this time I was a little happy because I could get Wifi using an app.It is closed in the winter from November to May, so we recommend visiting in the summer. It's a mountain road, so please drive carefully ⚠️.

This is an inn where there is no cell phone signal. Electricity will be cut off except in common areas from 9pm to 6am. I also relied on the light from my cell phone to enter the open-air bath.It was refreshing to experience something that I wouldn't normally experience. I would like to add that the autumn leaves were spectacular.

I stayed overnight while climbing Mt. Amakashiyama, and since it's on the Itoigawa side, it was easy to stay overnight. The rooms at the inn were spacious, and the toilets were clean and comfortable. The bath was also nice and had a secret hot spring feel. The hostess also taught me a lot about the local area, which was fun. I want to go again.
