October 7th-8th, overnight stayEverything was great. The only thing we recommend is to book your stay online rather than by phone. Reservations can be made smoothly from the hotel's homepage.

I was traveling with my dog in the pouring rain. I couldn't go out to the RV park in the rain, but there was a terrace at the attached restaurant 🍽️BERGWIND, and dogs were allowed there, so I was able to relax with my dog while watching the rain. All the facilities, including the private bath and restroom, were beautifully cleaned and felt great. The park not only has a power source, but also a garden light and a sink with hot water, which was very helpful for those with dogs.Next time, I will choose this one💁

I tried to make a reservation online, but there was something I wanted to confirm, so my online inquiries were ignored for several days. I had no choice but to call around 3:30 pm on weekdays, but no one answered. I called again on the same day, and when I thought I finally got an answer, a dazed female staff member who spoke in a way that reminded me of Ano-chan answered, and I tried to say the same thing twice, but couldn't get through, and was then replaced by a male staff member who asked me to explain again. . .A few days had passed since I made the inquiry, and even though I tried to make reservations at other facilities, all of them were fully booked, so in the end, I couldn't go anywhere and had to abandon my plan. It's barren.Although the facilities and concept seemed good, the staff were disappointing.

It's the best RV park. You can also have a bonfire on the site, and there is a restaurant and bar that serves wild game, and you can also enjoy rare liqueurs. Dogs are allowed on the terrace. I stop by every year.

I used it during the year-end and New Year holidays. On New Year's Day, there was a mochi pounding competition and performances on the erhu and shakuhachi, which were a lot of fun.The RV park, restaurants, and bars are all charming and comfortable. It's a place I visit many times a year.
