The water area is clean, spacious and comfortable.The room is a little old, but it feels like an old folk house and has a nice atmosphere. There is also parking space for 2 cars.However, the road in front of me is extremely narrow and there is no single road, so it would be a problem if a car came from in front of me.Also, it was written in the instructions in the room that if more than the number of people who reserved the bed were used, there would be a charge. Is it ¥8000 per bed?If you are traveling with children and want to run around and play on the bed, I thought staying overnight would not be suitable.One of us had a disability and we wanted him to sleep in the Japanese-style room downstairs.There are mattresses, but there are no sheets etc.I can't sleep downstairsIt was very difficult having to carry a heavy adult in my arms to the second floor.The owner also provided an iron and was a nice person.

Accommodation where you can rent a whole building. I stayed here this time as a preliminary visit to stay with my grandchildren. It looks like a renovated building and I was able to stay there comfortably.The location is good, close to Enoshima Aquarium, but if you go to the car navigation road, the road is narrow and the curves are difficult, so be careful if you have a large car.It's next to the railroad tracks, so I think kids who like trains will be happy. Although it is small, you can see the railroad crossing from the window. I could hear the noise, but I was able to sleep properly. Please be careful if you are sensitive to sound.The Western-style room on the second floor becomes pitch black when the lights are turned off. There was a desk lamp next to the bed, but it was too bright for me.There is also a washing machine. There was something in the corner of the kitchen where you could hang small items to dry, but there was nothing like a clothesline.There was no rice cooker, but there was a microwave, pots, frying pans, water heater, pop-up toaster, electric cooker with two burners, detergent, sponges, kitchen paper, plastic wrap, plates, cups, spoons, etc., so it wasn't an inconvenience.There are no seasonings, so prepare them with your ingredients.There are two 2 door type refrigerators.Garbage can be separated into three types.This time I ordered it using Uber Eats. It arrived properly at the address listed.There are 2 bathrooms and washrooms (a larger bathroom on the 1st floor, only a shower on the 2nd floor)There are 2 toilets with washing function (1st floor and 2nd floor)There are steps leading to the Japanese-style room on the first floor. If you are tall (about 180cm), please be careful not to hit your head.The doors leading from the hallway to each room are showing their age, but the others have been renovated beautifully and were very comfortable to spend time in. I checked in first, but I didn’t know how to use a lock. I asked my mother Ye to compare with the landlord. She came over in 10 minutes and provided good service.All the facilities in the house are very new👍There are tatami mats, beds, 2 toilets and 2 river rooms, so there is no need to fight with others.

It's close to Enoshima and the aquarium, and you can walk there, so it's very convenient for exploring the surrounding area.Overall, it was clean and comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner, so it was good for families with children.However, I was a little concerned about the fact that dust, dirt, hair, etc. had accumulated under the items that I didn't move much, as if I hadn't vacuumed them. Under the bed, under the refrigerator, in crevices, etc. The vacuum cleaner itself was full of dirt in the suction port. It's right next to the railroad tracks, so there's some noise.

I was able to enjoy a relaxing time with my family. The room was also spacious and clean. Thank you for the nice holiday.

Because it's right in front of the station, I was able to go see Enoshima's lighting at night (for a limited time only) and go out to the sea early in the morning, so I was able to fully enjoy Enoshima. It's right next to the railroad tracks, so some people may be concerned about the sound of trains. There is space to park two cars.
