I don't want to stay there again.Too stingy. The attitude of the receptionist is unbelievably bad."I don't remember regular customers or day-trippers. I only remember cute girls."Honestly, it's creepy. Many things in the guest rooms are broken. For example, a shelf is broken...The food other than the rice and miso soup is cold. They proudly introduced their home-grown vegetables, but it's no different from the supermarkets. There are no services and everything is paid. Not recommended.

I went there with a friend and we were treated very politely! The two meals a day were large enough that even the students were satisfied.I'll come back later!

I was a little worried because the reviews were divided, but I didn't feel particularly bad. It's true that the explanations were sometimes a bit detailed, but I can say that they were thorough, and it was within the acceptable range for a hot spring inn.Although it wasn't luxurious, the dinner menu had a wide variety and left me full. Considering the price, I have no complaints. There is an outdoor bath called Nakao-no-Yu about 5 minutes from the inn.It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of Nozawa Onsen, but you can enjoy it if you feel like walking.

I've stayed in many places, but this was perfect 💯I think it's a family business, and every detail is perfect! There is too much rice! ️^_^I think this is an indispensable inn in Nozawa Onsen♪

I used it for snowboarding purposes. We were also able to use the parking lot and changing rooms for free before check-in and after check-out. Our affiliated store brought our rentals directly to our hotel, and on the way back, we only had to make a phone call to pick them up. After checking in, she gave us detailed advice on various things, including directions to nearby baths and how to spend time when going to the baths. If your main purpose is to stay at an inn, you may feel a little unsatisfied. If your main purpose is to visit ski resorts or hot springs, I think this is a good option as it is reasonably priced and the rooms are clean.

I was able to go on a tour, but I thought it would be terrible because the reviews said so many things, but it turned out to be a good inn. I think it's good for cost performance. It was a 2.3 minute walk to the Karasawa slope wearing ski boots.

The reviews and posted photos were deleted before I knew it, so I'll repost what I posted in early 2023 below.Since the opinions of the reviews are divided, I have summarized my personal impressions below. It's a good place to stay as if you're staying at a training camp, but if you're going on a trip with your loved ones, you might want to consider this a little more.・The number of dishes is different for those who make a direct reservation and those on a bus tour. For those on a tour, there are about 2 to 3 fewer dishes. Among the dishes that will be reduced include horse sashimi.・Group customers were instructed to stack their dishes before eating, and they seemed to want to immediately lower the lids of boiled foods, etc., so even before opening the lids, they were instructed to lower the lids and open them. There are no instructions for individual customers.・During the meal, the rules of the facility were explained. There are various rules, so I thought it would be nice to have a booklet and keep it in your room.・As a precaution against the coronavirus, it is mandatory to wear gloves when serving rice, and if you forget, you will be warned every time you do so. The owner is always on patrol during meals.・Bathrooms close early. There will be an explanation of when the baths will close during dinner. It's not a hot spring.・There is an outdoor bath about 5 minutes walk away, but it is a little crowded before dinner.・The food tastes normal. It reminded me of the taste of school lunch in elementary school. There are a lot of vegetables anyway.・We use home-grown rice called "Self-Satisfied Rice." Personally, I felt that the white rice in the Origin bento was more delicious.・The owner speaks politely to those who make direct reservations, but tends to be a little sharp when speaking to tour guests. I can feel a constant tingling sensation.・The homemade Nozawana was a little dry and dry.・It has the atmosphere of a typical guesthouse in Nozawa Onsen, and the price is reasonable, but some people may find the owner's attitude unpleasant.・If you violate the hotel rules or the silent rule (rules that are not notified), you will be notified of the violation in front of other guests during dinner. I didn't name names, but I thought it was like smearing mud in the customer's face. I felt that the person who was warned about it must have had a bad experience. Since we've only been together for a few days, I thought it would be a good idea to take more precautions when checking on future guests, instead of having to be careful in front of other guests when eating.・There is a lift about 10 minutes uphill from the inn. At the beginning of the season, lifts may not be in operation due to snow accumulation issues. You can check the lift operating status on the ski resort's website. These are just my personal impressions, so please use them as a reference only.
