It was the nicest campsite I've ever been to. It looks like a three-dimensional secret base built with a wooden deck in the forest. Anyway, the atmosphere is great. At night, the built-in lights are turned on for a few hours using solar power, making it quite bright. You can also charge your smartphone if you bring the cord with you. However, the batteries for the lights don't last all night, so you'll need a light for going to the bathroom etc. in the middle of the night. The toilet is a Western-style toilet, and paper is placed in the trash can. To get to the campsite, you have to climb several dozen meters of stairs as shown in the photo, so carrying your luggage is a little difficult. There is no running water, but you can use a 20 liter water tank. If you don't have enough water, you can bring your own tank and drink the water from the spring (drinkable) next to the entrance. The field to the side is ready for harvesting, and we were able to harvest green peppers, eggplants, and cherry tomatoes even in mid-October. The built-in barbeque stove is quite impressive, and there are fire scissors, but there is no griddle, just a grill. All garbage must be taken home, but paper and wood garbage can be burned, and vegetable garbage can be disposed of in the compost. It takes about 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes uphill to Nozawa Onsen. The children were also very satisfied with the many valuable experiences they had, such as hot springs, vegetable harvesting, SUP, barbecue, and tents.

I had the chance to try River Sapp.I was a little nervous when I first started, but he was a really nice guide who took me to various places and taught me about SUP in detail. Also, when I went to Lake Hokuryu on my own, when I met them on the lake for the first time in a long time during a break, I received a warm welcome from them, and I think it's a really nice group of people. Also, I would like to go and experience river sap in a different part of the Chikuma River.

A private campsite located in a corner of lush trees. You can camp in a different atmosphere than usual on the spacious wooden deck built on top of a magnificent tree. You can rent tents, sleeping bags, charcoal grills, chairs and tables, etc.The toilet is botton & sawdust type. You have to walk a little bit from the parking lot to the campsite, which feels like a trailhead, and the road to the site is narrow in some places, so it might be difficult if you have a large vehicle like a pickup.I think it would be a good idea to go with someone who is tired of regular camping or who is used to it.From here, you can enjoy a variety of activities such as touring the hot springs of Nozawa Onsen, experiencing farming, riding a bicycle, and going SUP.

There isn't much information, but I really enjoyed it.There is delicious spring water, so it's a good idea to bring something to carry water with you.You can use charcoal on the barbecue grill, but you will need to bring your own charcoal. It is also a good idea to bring a cassette stove. It is a good idea to bring carbohydrates such as meat and bread.
