The price, rooms, and food are very good for the price range, and the staff, including foreign staff, makes it feel like home and I have no complaints. I went there with some knowledge, but the customer quality was worse than I expected. It's not the hotel's fault, but I'm tired of being cut into the line for the dinner buffet and the noise of the late night party. I thought I'd have to change the distance and price range next time.

The hotel facilities themselves cannot be described as new or splendid.There seemed to be a lot of foreign employees, and their customer service attitude was excellent.When I asked to have the buffet changed to a table rather than a Japanese-style room, they responded kindly and politely. Even when I called the front desk in the middle of the night to complain that the air conditioner wasn't working, they immediately came to my room and checked the inside and outside of the air conditioner. They even checked the fan and brought us a replacement kerosene stove.I've seen some comments complaining about the buffet menu having a lot of frozen food, but when I actually tried it, I found that there were many hot dishes made on the spot, including miso soup, scrambled eggs, and hot pot dishes.On the morning of the first day of the New Year, New Year's dishes such as date rolls and kamaboko were served.Of course, some of the dishes were the same, but the menu changed every day, and you could feel the ingenuity of the cooks.The people who complained probably forgot the location of this place, which is right in front of the ski resort, and the fact that it was a hotel for people to stay to enjoy skiing, and evaluated it from the perspective of a city hotel in the middle of the city. Probably.If you plan on skiing at Ryuo Ski Park, this hotel is one of the recommended hotels.

One night stay in February 2024Due to the location, there is only one walking path that runs from the foot of the slope, but it can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.Also, when renting, you have to go all the way down to the bottom, so if you go to the rental after changing, you will have to carry your shoes back and forth. It might be a good idea to rent it first.From the slope, you can walk to the entrance with your board on.The room was a Japanese-style room that looked like a training camp, but it felt like it was kept clean. Only the mattress was a little dirty...Also, the ceiling in the men's bath was warping and was supported by makeshift pillars, which made me a little nervous.The whole place feels old, but it's cheap and the food was delicious, so I think it's a good accommodation for people who can tolerate it.
