In the summer, it's cool and the next day after your stay, if you're lucky, you might see a sea of clouds spreading out below you.In the winter, the ski slopes are within walking distance.The food is delicious, and food-related events are also held.In the evening, the host serves excellent coffee and his wife's home-cooked meals. This is a fun inn with a suite.

I think it's good for people who ski to be close to the slopes. However, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you need to prepare in advance.The air conditioning in the room was floor heating so I didn't have to dry out.

I've always wanted to go there at least once. I used it with my family on a trip to Niigata and Nagano. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed having old-fashioned meetings and events that are unique to youth. It's been 30 years since I last used Youth, so I'm a little confused. Since it is a family business, it is best to understand that it has its own rules before using it. I hope it will be used by those who have used the youth service in the past, those who like trains, and those who like skiing. It may not suit some people because they have a strong hobby-oriented mindset, but please come and enjoy the calm atmosphere of Kijimadaira 😊.

The N gauge experience after dinner was amazing👍👍👍The inside of the building is also stylish and nice. Please bring your own towel.The food is healthy with low salt and chemical seasonings👍Especially the fried eggs for breakfast were delicious👍I went out early in the morning and enjoyed a morning bath at Nozawa Onsen (20 minutes one way by car).

You can also use it as a base if you are visiting various parts of Shinshu. Niigata (Myoko, Kurohime, Togakushi) Nagano, Nozawa (Shiga Kogen) Obuse - Nagano.The food is good, both in quantity and quality. The carefully selected rice makes for a delicious and beautiful breakfast that will leave you wanting more. Dessert is also something to look forward to. ~I feel relieved. Authentic coffee and cake are available upon request. One of the pleasures is having your coffee brewed in the morning and evening at the cafe.The clean bathrooms, toilets, and sinks at home are completely separate for men and women, one for Japanese and one for Western.The sinks are for hand soap only, and each person must bring their own towels.For drinks, there is a free tea dispenser, so you can enjoy your favorite glass of hot or cold tea, brown rice, barley tea, or black tea.

Revisited after 3 and a half years.It was the first time I had such a gap.When I take Route 117 from Tokamachi and soon see Mt. Takasha, I feel nostalgic and think, ``Ah, I'm back.''When you walk through the front door, you will be warmly welcomed by the host couple, which will make your heart feel at ease.The casual hospitality, casual scenery, etc. make this a place that makes you happy no matter how many times you visit.

The rice is delicious! Is it because it's local ingredients? There was a wide variety of items and I enjoyed them.Also, there is a coffee shop that is open only in the morning and evening (the coffee is delicious!).A model train show held at night (you can even drive it!).A massage machine that relieves your tired body from skiing.It was a wonderful inn filled with entertainment and fun that was more than just a stay.Everyone at the inn was kind and I enjoyed talking with the host.I noticed just before I left that I could order rice with egg, and I bet it was delicious.I'll definitely order it next time I go.

I stayed here on a family trip during the holidays.Since it is a youth hostel, it is a semi-self-service accommodation.Measures against coronavirus infection were taken well, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.The food is very delicious, especially the rice (rice produced in Kijimadaira).A model train is laid out in the living room, and you can experience driving it at night.My son, who is in the lower grades of elementary school, was also very excited and it seems like it was a fun memory for him.There is a ski resort right above the hotel, so next time I would like to visit in winter.
