I have given this resort 5 stars as the rooms and the staff were excellent. However there are a few things people should know. The main pool is small and the resort itself isn't kid friendly. The breakfast needs a major overhaul.As a father to small young children I wouldn't book here again but that's more on me that the resorts fault.Location is great and the staff were so friendly.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Kayumas. The food, bar and day spa staff were incredible. ||||Unfortunately, I lost a pair of shoes by accidentally leaving them at the pool.ย โฆ

Very nice hotel complex with excellent service, all employees are extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and the room was great. Only the fitness area could have a little more to offer for such a large facility. I would recommend the hotel to everyone and definitely come back.

There was overall friendliness, but the reception response was very slow. Still, the discoloration of the shower filter wasn't bad and the amenities in the room were in good condition. The room service food was...so-so. Breakfast wasn't included, so I paid for the buffet and it was cheap.

Our experience at Kayumas Hotel Bali was a peaceful one and the room was large and spacious - perfect for a honeymoonThe room consists of two floors, one floor has a bed and a bathroom, and the second floor has a sitting room, and there is a private pool in the roomThe thing I liked the most about the hotel and made me lower its rating was the food and breakfast, more than the word badThe second thing is that the bathroom water is very bad and smells bad

The accommodation is very comfortable and nice and the staff are friendly.There was no guidance at all when eating breakfast, so I didn't know you could order and eat dishes such as nasi goreng... ใ
Later, after eating everything, I realized... The room service quesadillas were amazing and the carbonara was a bit salty.

Definitely a beautiful and well-kept place, however it claims to be luxurious but there are obvious shortcomings such as stained curtains, stains on the pillows, cold pool water in the room. The standard of luxury is different from what is expected in Europe. It's still a gorgeous place!

This place is a beautiful oasis in busy Seminyak. Perfect location, close to shops, restaurant and the beach. The amenities are lovely and the room spacious and immaculate. Thank you to the friendly staff who were exceptional. We will stay here again on our next trip to Bali, only wishing we could have stayed longer.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Arana wellness spa was incredible. My masseuse Julie was the best, knew how to get into the knots and release them, whilst providing utter relaxation of my muscles, body and mind. Thank you!

Nice facility and friendly staff. |Today at 9:00 they told us that we couldn't use the pool. It ended at 10:00 to refill the water.|At 10:00 we ask how much time is left and they tell us another hour.ย โฆ

The hospitality was incredible, food was delicious and facilities were beyond our expectations. The pool bar was a treat, all the staff go above and beyond to cater for your needs. I highly recommend! It is also very close to Seminyak square, they even offer a shuttle service to save the walk!
