stay in the apartment type room directly booking by web. Staying with my husband and 1 toddler for a day is quite comfortable. The price is affordable, you can get a gas stove, mini fridge, simple cooking utensils, separate clothesline, separate kitchen, small dining table, bathtub and smooth water flow, room type like a villa, strategic location near a minimarket. Very functional for those with children. usually with facilities like this the minimum price is 500 and above. The only downside is that the toilettries can't brush your teeth, you can't get free tea/coffee, the amenities are not well maintained, the furniture and building are also poorly maintained. but still satisfied. Service is also super friendly. Early check out was also easy even though it was still a bit dark.

I had no intention of dropping it but this place doesn't match the picture. I've had enough of living in this place for a month, the room smells of cigarettes, the dust is everywhere, the sofa is thick, the dust is thick, the toilet doesn't press well, you have to press it four times before the dirt will disappear. The AC is off, the sink is leaking. What's worse, this place is far from worth the price. If not because I've already received the deposit, it's better if I just cancel. Every time there is damage, the staff are not dexterous, they repeatedly complain that the AC won't turn on from the moment they enter until they check out and it won't be repaired. What's worse is that if it rains, the front street can flood up to my waist and I almost drowned because I was going through the flood. The location of the place is really far from worth it because the price is not worth it. With the money I spend on monthly rent there, I can get an apartment that is far from decent. Really sorry.

One of the worst hotel management in Bali.Here is why (in Indonesian):1. The leaking hose and shower seat were only repaired when we complained twice2. β The AC is dripping because it hasn't been serviced for a long time3. β All the towels in the bathroom when we entered were dirty. So you have to complain asking for new additions and replacements. (Everything has black dirty marks and it's been around for a long time).4. β Hot water initially said it was not available.Even though it is clear in Traveloka and Google reviews that there is hot water. When we complained, they were told that the thermostat was on order, even though something like this could have been avoided before the guest checked in.5. The toilet flush is very bad. Cannot be used for defecation. Just to pee, it takes a long time to dissolve and the water is very weak.We didn't even dare to poop at the hotel, we were afraid we wouldn't be late.6. All rooms have different problems. Starting from power failure, water leaking, AC not being cold and smelly rooms. Can be confirmed by other guests.7. Every day the technician is busy repairing broken things in each unit. It can be seen that MANAGEMENT IS NEGLIGENT AND IS STILL BUYING AND BUYING ROOMS WITH DAMAGED FACILITIES.8. When we checked out, the hot water was still broken. The reason is still the same: ordering spare parts. Old news ππ»9. There is no cooperation from management, sales team and ground team to handle the problem, so staff are confused about what else to do.10. There is NO compensation whatsoever from management until check out.Overall 0 stars for the management and sales team. Though was very attentive, I feelsorry for them to be working in this place.Please be an evaluation material, I read lots of bad reviews everywhere. I got deluxe room number 226, the room didn't have a spare key. So every time I leave I leave the key at the reception. One night I came home and didn't have my room key. After investigating, it turned out that the cleaning service had brought it and it was already 11pm local time. It took 30 minutes to find out who had the key and 15 minutes for the key to be delivered. Can you imagine if, for example, the keys were delivered tomorrow morning? It's not a matter of sleeping, it's a matter of changing clothes, skincare and other personal items. And FYI, this location is not in Seminyak near Kerobokan. Seminyak, the Seminyak sub-district, is still quite far from the real Seminyak.

For the first time in our long stay in Bali, we encountered such a bad place to stay!1. The hotel conditions are veiled and when checking in you may encounter unforeseen conditions - be careful!2. Managers who advertise on Facebook stop responding altogether and ignore requests!3. On the second day of our stay, in the evening the water was turned off - there was no water at all!4. On the third day in the morning the electricity was turned off!Every day something happened: a power outage, a water outage, noise due to some work, or a flooded toilet!Even though the Facebook ad says they are animal friendly, they charge money to post them!BE CAREFUL - this is an unscrupulous hotel, I do not advise anyone to go there!

The room is super hot and while i open the air conditioner stay inside waiting for the room getting colder suddenly black out,βnever knee about the electricity here in bali but i think they put some number in it,i think for the management need to take a cause about this stuff because it is not comfortable for meLuckily im only staying for a day,i will look more places to go and need to see from the google review for this place,there is a lot of bad reviewAnd ya lastly the pool is dirty

Order directly via CS because there are lots of bonuses on offer, but H-7 suddenly the bonuses are cancelled, you only get 1x free breakfast without any bonus replacement. When we checked in, the room had just been cleaned and there were no employees to help us carry our suitcases to the room when we checked in or checked out even though our room was in front of the reception and there were 3 employees there and they were just looking at us while chatting. I was really disappointed with the service because it wasn't friendly

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Villa Apartment, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, it became evident that their primary objective was to take advantage of guests and extract as much money as possible.First and foremost, I was appalled by the management's blatant attempt to withhold my deposit for any flimsy reason they could conjure. It seemed as though they were actively trying to find ways to keep the deposit, disregarding any semblance of fairness or transparency. This behavior left me feeling cheated and distrustful of their motives.Furthermore, the pricing of the rooms was utterly unreasonable. I was shocked to discover that I was charged a staggering 10 million rupiah for a room that was barely worth half that amount. The quality and amenities provided were far below what would be expected for such an exorbitant price. It was nothing short of a blatant attempt to exploit unsuspecting guests and line their pockets.To make matters worse, the management's obsession with petty details was both baffling and frustrating. They meticulously counted every single veneer floor, pillow, and spoon in the apartment, as if they were desperately searching for any excuse to charge extra fees. It was a ridiculous and unnecessary ordeal that only served to highlight their unscrupulous business practices.Lastly, the cleanliness standards at the Villa Apartment were abysmal. Despite claiming to provide cleaning services, their definition of "cleaning" was limited to tidying the bed while neglecting everything else. The apartment was left in a filthy state, with dirty dishes, unclean surfaces, and an overall lack of attention to detail. It was evident that they were more interested in making a quick buck than ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay for their guests.In conclusion, while the staff at Villa Apartment may appear pleasant on the surface, it becomes clear that their primary focus is to exploit guests and extract as much money as possible. The exorbitant pricing, relentless scrutiny, and subpar cleanliness standards make this establishment one that I cannot recommend. One of the residential places that is quite comfortable even though the environment is a bit far from the main road.The facilities are quite complete with a family swimming pool which is quite clean and beautifully arranged. The room is quite spacious with an additional studio, pantry and sofa. The bathroom with bath tub is quite clean.Rented daily or monthly. Suitable for small families where people are assigned to work around Denpasar for a certain period of time.Room rates for staycations are quite competitive and still quite worth it under these conditions.The service is very friendly, but you need to be reminded again so that you can follow up immediately. Understandably there are a lot of job desks that have to be done.The parking area is very limited, especially for those who bring private cars. However, there are quite a lot of motorbikes parked here.The location is indeed in a residential area. However, it can still be found with the help of Google Maps.
