The service is very good. Dinner and drinks from the mini bar were all available, which was very satisfying.In an unexpected incident, my toe was kicked and injured. The original shoes cannot be worn. In addition, many stores are closed on Thursdays and we cannot buy suitable shoes. The hotel provided us with a pair of slippers for us to take away for use. Thank you very much! ! Really appreciate!

Staying here was a true experience i’ll never forget :) Staff were so welcoming and kind and were very attentive. The rooms were very clean and the food was delicious you were provided an array of japanese cuisine and drinks. 10/10 would recommend to everybody!

The staff are super friendly and helpful with anything you need. You won't be left hungry as dinner are generous proportions with a wide selection of sides to accompany your main beef dish. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to visit Kinosaki to use this venue.

Highly recommend staying here! I stayed for one night and it was very modern, well kept and a convenient location to the public onsens. My booking included dinner and breakfast and was very impressed with the quality of food, options and staff service. Staying here also came with lots of complimentary services e.g alcoholic beverage station, matcha and tea station, desserts and private onsen. Like all ryokans in this area we also got a free pass to all 7 public onsens which made the overall experience even better! Great value and highlight of my Japan trip so far.

BOOK YOUR TRIP HERE! My lady and I were so fortunate to have gotten a booking here, it was the highlight of our Japan trip. The staff at this location is so welcoming, accommodating, and kind. They did everything in their power to ensure we had an incredible stay. The food is fantastic. The rooms are cozy. The upstairs lounge is magical. The private onsens are delightful. They provided free alcohol for our entire stay. We purchased the half room and board option which provided dinner and breakfast. The location is exactly where you want to be in Kinosaki onsen, on the beginning of the street with all of the beautiful canals and the various onsens. I can’t rave strongly enough, stay here!! Thank you for all of the kindness you showed us!
