Stayed at snow palace the accommodation was epic to come back to after a day of riding, comfortable and warm also the owner was very helpful and accommodating

Excellent experience! Rooms, amenities, and location were all wonderful, but it’s the staff that really shines. They picked us up at the bus stop, dropped off us off at the lifts, and gave excellent recommendations. Will definitely be back.

We booked this place 2-3 weeks before our travel and there was not much availability around the town. So glad we took our chance in choosing this newly opened place. It’s clean with spacious space and bathroom in the room. The shared dinning place and kitchen has awesome views. The hosts showed great hospitality and drove us to the ski resort and rental shop upon arrival. We enjoyed the 1 minute away onsen with stuff provided by the hotel. This will be our choice for the next visit for sure!

Really really nice place to stay. Totally new and renovated, you got a kitchen you can use, friendly staff, clean, and they were even nice enough to drive us to the slopes so we don't have to walk.There's plenty of restaurants around and a nice bakery for the morning.Basically a gidden gem 💎

This inn is a brand new amazing inn with fantastic access, gorgeous relaxed rooms, a friendly communal atmosphere. Best of all is Taiki-san who is the kindest most down to earth guy who did everything he could to make our stay as good as possible. He even went out of his way to help us when we were in trouble. Thank you so much for the stay!!

I brought my parents to Nozawa Ski Hot Spring during the Chinese New Year. The owner and his wife of this hotel made us feel the warmth of home in Japan. Their thoughtfulness and thoughtfulness are touching. I want to express so much gratitude, but I don’t know how to talk about it. (Thank you:) The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is also very good, and the view outside the window is beautiful. If my friends come to Nozawa, I would highly recommend this place as their first choice. If the full score is 5 points, I would like to give this hotel a 6 points!

An amazing place to stay! It was our first time visiting Nozawa, so we were initially a bit anxious about finding our way around. However, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and made our stay exceptionally smooth. They speak fluent English & greeted us directly at our bus stop to take us to Snow Palace, as well as provided us with a quick tour of the town to help us get our bearings.Snow Palace is exceptionally clean, having just opened this year; everything is brand new and well-maintained.The rooms come equipped with private showers and toilets. There is also a shared kitchen area with amazing views.The location is conveniently just a few minutes' walk from the town center and only 2 minutes away from a ski shuttle bus stop. A public onsen is also very close by.We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by two additional nights.This place is bound to become a new favorite for many Nozawa visitors! I would highly recommend staying here.

Snow palace was a great stay for my wife and I. We arrived a few days after it officially opened and were pleasantly surprised. The place was beautiful, newly renovated, clean and spacious… and the view was incredible from the shared space and bedroom. It’s About a 5-7 minute walk to the centre of town, and right across from a free onsen! We would defanitely recommend this stay to anyone travelling to Nozawa Onsen.

There is a kitchen that you can use freely, so you can bring your own food and cook whatever you like.The view from the dining room is spectacular, so you can relax on the sofa while drinking the coffee provided.
