First family trip to Kinosaki OnsenI visited Tsutaya-san.It was a really nice inn from the time we met to the time we left! ︎The building was an old building with a lot of history, but it was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The food was very delicious and above all, the staff made sure that we could eat our meals slowly with our 6 and a half month old daughter.Thank you for playing with me and taking care of me.It really helped me lolI think my daughter was happy and smiling too!The service, customer service, and food were better than any other ryokan I've ever been to, and I have great memories! This is an inn I definitely want to stay at when my daughter grows up!

The location was good!!!The food was very delicious, but unfortunately there was no explanation of the menu, and when I asked the staff questions about the food, I received vague answers. I think it would have been nice to have a paper with the menu written on it.All the staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt like they were all good.

It depends on what you want from a ryokan. The location is very good, and although there is a roadside parking lot, I was able to unload my luggage in front of the inn and then move to the parking lot. You can park your car until around noon the next day. This is a historic building with many steps and no elevators. The hair dryer provided is old, and although it is convenient to have an indoor bath, there is only one shower. However, there were not too many people, and the toilets and lighting in the guest rooms had been updated with new ones. The dining hall also has tatami mats, tables and chairs. There was a study-like space on the second floor. It had a nice atmosphere with a mix of old and new.The food was good and the quantity was sufficient. The quality of the hot spring water in the indoor bath was soft, tasteless, and odorless. I am grateful that the staff's attentiveness added flavor to my trip. thank you for helping me.

This is a historical inn located quite far from Kinosaki Onsen Station. Although the building has deteriorated over time, it was a stylish inn that was particular about its hospitality and food, down to the tableware. If anything, the atmosphere was more suitable for entertaining elderly people and foreign guests than young families.See image Exterior/Room/Yukata (choice available)/Welcome drink/Dinner/Breakfast

My friends and I had an incredible stay at Tsutaya. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. Our room was very comfortable, and we loved having access to all the town’s onsens. I also enjoyed wearing a different Yukata every day from their lovely selection. The hotel staff were extremely kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with their partner or a few friends.
