The room I bought because it had a garden view is on the basement floor, facing the wall, there is no garden etc., it's like an expropriation wall!!! The room has nothing to do with the visual. If there were real photos, I would never pay this much money for this hotel!!! I took a deluxe double or twin room, it was incredibly dirty and smelled of humidity, there was neither hand soap nor toiletries in the room, the bedding was filthy... A room in the basement!!! I want my grievance to be resolved!!! I hope you will act sensitively….The room I bought thinking it would have a garden view is in the basement and looks out on the wall, there is no garden or anything like that, it's like a land acquisition wall!!! The room has nothing to do with the visual, if there were real photos I would never pay that much for this hotel!!! Clean room, splendid view from the small balcony facing and close to the ocean (3 minutes walk to surf). Roof top with good atmosphere, simple but very pleasant decoration.Low room rate considering the location

A hotel to avoid urgently!!!I took a 3 night stay in the hotel, I arrived, I was presented with the room with a huge water leak, so I decided to change rooms. Second room with mold, very strong smell of humidity, I had to change rooms.Third bedroom, water stains on the bed, damp stain and I guess even bed bugs…Impossible for me to stay 3 nights, I forced myself to get a total refund for my 3 nights.The hotel is not worth 3 stars at all… I would say it is similar to a classic hotel to help out…Indeed the location is great next to the sea, but I prefer a more quality hotel for the price…Oh yes ! The cleaning is not done too! I had some sort of black spots on the bed like sand...Brief ! Very disappointed, I don't recommend at all

Close to beach. Booked suite in the hopes I’ll get better services and view from the room but turns out apart from a private balcony. There’s not much of selling point for that. The view from the suite is blocked by trees. Better book the standard rooms.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years It was a bargain place to stay with amazing views in the upstairs rooms. The pool on the roof is great. However the Sol bar does play music until 10 but occasionally until 11pm. Also there is construction happening during the day behind the hotel. So be prepared to use ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. No breakfast is offered anymore also you’ll need to pay the rather higher prices upstairs at Sol.

Nice place for staycation with family. Very close with nice beach, friendly staff and clean room.• Just need to have little redesigned for the bathroom due to the floor is over flat and the water can flow over the door while taking shower.• just need a little bit attention for the small pillow on the bed which needs to be washed due to a smell.• Need to have a more space of a private parking lot.So far this hotel resort is recommended for vacation and so amazing ambience and has a beautiful sunset and surely you will have a great time with family or friends. All the best….

This is mid restaurant just in front of pererenan beach. Always book the sea view room. It has the great view. The your bedroom you can see the surfer. There is nice rooftop restaurant and pool also. The beach is best for surfing.

Rooms are quite outdated and would require a fresh refurbish, and sync really good cleaning. Otherwise the location is very convenient (close to the sea), parking for bikes is convenient, and price wise they are cheap. They have some construction works nearby, so can be a bit noisy during the day. Otherwise price quality ratio and location were good for me

Very nice room (deluxe) with own balcony and entrance. It does get noisy here all day and night. Staff is friendly and next door there is a great rooftop bar with pool and food services. You get 10% of if you stay at PNB. Private parking for motorbike at the back. Within 3 minutes walk you find yourself at the beach. The bedding does smell like moist and the shower is leaking.
