There are stink bug prevention goods in the room...I didn't think they would come out, but I found two in the middle of the night...I couldn't sleep at all.And there is a lot of dust on the air conditioner and humidifier in the room...Even when I went to take a bath, I was unable to use the shower due to a problem...Are there any inns like that? And it felt strange that there was no apology or service at all.

Buildings/Facilities ★★★☆☆Customer service ★★★★☆Photogenic ★★★☆☆Price ★★☆☆☆Location ★★★★☆Hot bath facility ★★★★☆First of all, I would like to say that the photos of the hot springs displayed on Google Maps are too good to take lol. In reality, the building is quite old and the moment you arrive, you wonder if it is really here. I had my doubts. However, the staff's response and hot springs are definitely worth it. We recommend staying on a no-meal plan and eating at a soba restaurant about a minute's walk away.

I stayed overnight without meals on the last day of my 3-night, 4-day trip to Fukushima Prefecture.I'm deducting one star for the service because I didn't eat there. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It's really nice to have a long sofa set up in front of the big window. The snack service is also a nice touch. The inside of the building was so fashionable that I was walking around and taking pictures, so I was approached by the security guard who thought I was suspicious. lolP.S.The scallop bento and fish cakes I bought at a side dish shop near the station were very delicious. In Fukushima Prefecture, all kinds of things are delicious.

Although the scenery was not good, it was a very nice accommodation. The facility was all clean and well-maintained, as it hasn't been that long since it was renovated. The staff were young, friendly, and responsive.Free draft beer as a welcome drink is really nice. There was also coffee. The dinner was all delicious and you could clearly tell that the head chef had put his skills to work. The breakfast was a jubako type with a mix of locally produced dishes. You could choose your favorite rice accompaniment, such as natto, yam, or raw egg.The public bath felt a little small and there were only 8 seats in the washing area, so there was a waiting time when it was crowded.Perhaps because check-in was late at 16:00, dinner started at 19:30, and breakfast also started at 8:30.There were sweets, cup noodles, and mineral water in the room (I'm glad).Even though it's a holiday, the price is 26,000 yen per person, which is reasonable considering the service. The old buffet-type hotel in Kinugawa Onsen where I stayed the night before cost me 25,000 yen with not-so-tasty food, so this place's performance was exceptionally high.It was a pretty good hotel.
