Overall good experience. They could do better with maintaining the units. The showers are getting mold, the bathroom floors need a deep cleaning. Seems they invest very little money back to keep them looking new. Overpriced but good stay.It is walking distance to beachfront restaurants, a great nearby spa and even to town. The pool is small but clean and nice. The shared kitchen is poorly maintained and lacks dishes and things you need for cooking .

We made a booking to travel and cancelled the next day as my pregnancy was at high risk and the doctor advised us not to travel.i have cancelled the fully paid booking within 24hours and asked for a full refund as due we cannot travel. I have clearly mentioned the reason and provided a medical certificate as well. Even then, the hotel management didn't refund my money. They have deducted more than 50% of the total amount. That's an awful experience.

ONE STAR FOR BEING DISHONEST!. The hotel manager authorized the withdrawal of 50% of the total amount of the accommodation from my card through booking without my prior consent. They also made a second withdrawal for the full amount. When I called to claim for a solution before my arrival, the manager recognized the error but the 50% taken without authorization or prior agreement/notification on the Booking App ( without previous payment said the reservation)was not returned to me. Knowing very well that that is not appropriate, and they were doing it without consent of mes I find that unethical and untrustworthy. Furthermore, the place itself is not exactly as shown in the photos to our knowledge. We ordered coffee with milk in the morning and they didn't have milk. In summary: BAD EXPERIENCE

Great stay. Perfect for family & the room is spacious,amenities is sooo fullfilled. The greenery is soothing, the pool available for kids and adult. The depth is good.Walk to the beach only took 1 minute,close by to everything. Beach clubs (W,potato head,mari) just walk. Mini mart,many food available at grab app (halal)Will definitely come back
