Unfortunately, the bathroom has a lot of black mold, which is dangerous for your health. On our request to change the room we saw two more bathrooms which have the same black mold conditions. Additionally we asked for a cleaning service which has been unsuccessful. A discount or other advantages were not offered. Anyhow, we decided to keep this room to not lose vacation time and tried to spend as mich time as possible outside.The room itself was fine. Blankets and pillows could be cleaner. Pool and other stuff were fine and enjoyable. The major pain point are the bathrooms which leads me to 1 star overall rating.If you ask for other services or support the staff is very helpful.

Im very happy with Kayuma, clean and spacious room. Good location near most of the things, restaurants, cafe, shop, spa, etc. The only con is you need to walk abit up to the road for grab pick up point l. This place is on ❌ grab pick up area but the walk is like 1min only. No problem with drop off. Overall with this price I would recommend if you are looking for nice budget option.

Truly INCREDIBLE, nothing to complain about, so satisfied that I went back twice, the location is excellent! And the team is very welcoming and warm! I recommend this guesthouse!!

the location is great and the bottom bed is comfy, big and has curtains in all of the sides.but the toilet was pretty dirty and under the beds too.you should be aware that this hostel doesn’t have a social vibe at all, there is no spots to hang out.

The rooms are very big and clean. The bed is soo comfortable. They clean your room every day if you want. The location is super good aswell, it‘s close to shopping markets, supermarkets, old man‘s and good restaurants. We loved it!

Hotel cancelled the reservation, which was booked weeks in advance, the evening before arrival. With most other hotels full around the area.Poor customer serviceTake a risk if you want or book somewhere else

Perfect accommodations when traveling solo, the staff were very helpful and friendly! The woman at the reception was very kind and provided good service, helping me to get to the airport on time. Nice rooms, pool area, and great laundry possibilities.

A great place to stay in the thick of Canggu with La Brisa a stones throw away and the beach walking distanceStaff were amazing, going out of their way to make my stay as a solo traveller super enjoyable❤As I stayed in the dorm for a few nights I got to meet some cool people too. Lazing by the pool was awesomeDefinitely recommend this place!

It’s a great place. It’s also close to the beach. I can swim and watch the sunset every day. It also has gas for cooking, but it doesn’t have bath towels or shampoo. Hahaha

What a find. Beautiful location, staff are so friendly and rooms/surrounding areas were always kept nice and clean. We slept in a double room upstairs looking over the pool and a great view of the sunset. Would stay here again without hesitation ☺️
