I stayed at Katakuri, a special room with an open-air bath. The first thing I liked was the size of the open-air bath. In any case, the size is irresistible for hot spring lovers. There is a large public bath at a small hot spring inn, and I couldn't resist being able to use it during our stay. I thought the food would be pure Japanese food, but I was very pleased to see that the presentation and seasoning had a French taste. I would like to use it again.

I used it on my birthday trip!To be honest, I was surprised that there were 4 types of soups in the rice course for dinner, and I was enjoying the room and the staff's service, but when I finally checked out...If my companion had a receipt that showed the amount of money placed proudly in front of him and a cake was prepared as part of his birthday plan, he would have understood that I was bringing him along as a birthday present. To be honest, I was wondering if there was a lack of consideration.

The climb is tough. There is a shuttle available if you ask.The Cherry Blossom Festival has ended, but then a cherry blossom blizzard hits. The welcome drink is ousu and tamyokan. It was delicious. For me, it's a luxury inn.Check some reservation sites. I made a reservation through time service.dinner・Warm soup before meals・Cheers sake Alcohol is not allowed, so peach juice・Prosciutto ham salad・Daikon mochi made with buckwheat flour from Aizu・Ukedo Fishing Port Tuna Rice Marinade・Nihonmatsu local cuisine seasonal crunchy soup・Organic Kujo green onion hotpot・Poiled seasonal fish from Tokiwa・Fukushima beef sirloin cooked at low temperature・Fukushima rice Fuku, laughter・Amazake soy milk warabi mochiKujo green onion hotpot was deliciousSirloin low temperature cooking is baked at 57 degrees for 55 minutes. Soft and delicious.Anyway, the rice is delicious.breakfastThe mugwort frozen mochi is steamed in a bamboo steamer and served with sweet and spicy miso or sauce.I bought frozen mochi as a souvenir. Katsurao's frozen mochi. There is no elevator, so leave your travel bags to the staff.I carried it.The bath is a good hot spring. The water is cloudy with a blue tinge. On the way back, I was taken by car to Nihonmatsu Station. Many cars leaving Dake Onsen were heading home with private cars covered in cherry blossom petals. And the cars passing each other were probably cars headed for Dake Onsen, where the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.I'm glad I encountered the beginning of the cherry blossom blizzard.
