Why you all people are complaining, around Batu bolong area all around are cafes and restaurants main street and they have live music, specially black sand brewery is always have event you guys should read about black sand brewery, and make sure you are stay around and read ,don't give bad energy to people, bad reviews is bad energy

Before I explain one star let me at least give the positives. The room was relatively nice and affordable. But that wasn't my problem. My problem was that the money changer outside stole about 100 US dollars from me. When I ask the hotel staff to call the police to help me They refused. I asked the multiple times and they refused multiple times. A few times they pretended like they were trying to call people on the phone but absolutely nothing happened about it. I had to call the police myself. The police came and the police made the guy pay me back my money. The police were very helpful but hotel staff were absolutely unhelpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights. We had the budget room on the bottom floor, which had a large sliding glass door. Unfortunately, the outside light stayed on and upon request could not be turned off. This made the whole room very bright when trying to sleep.The first evening was Friday, and the pub next door had loud music until 11:45 which could be heard while in the room.Bring an eye mask and ear plugs for your stay here.The pool is nice but it only has the sun on it in the morning time.The location is great and close to many things.

Guest house quite okay. Pool clean and well maintained. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right as it is already quite expensive.

Terrible place. I don't recommend staying here. Found it on AirBnB. The room is small, at the very first second we noticed ants crawling everywhere, and upon request, they cleaned it. The workers are responsive. During the day it is very noisy, as there is a road under the room on the right side. The windows are not insulated from the noise at all. And at night it is noisy from the cafe on the left side under the room. There is loud music until 12 at night and karaoke until 2-3 at night. You can hear it as if it's next door. Initially we planned to stay here for a week, but were planning to leave within a few hours.
