Kaede-san is a great host. The house is a mere 15 walk away from the train station with a direct line to Nara, plus it's a mere 10 minutes walk to the subway that allows you to go anywhere in Osaka. You do share a bathroom but it is clean and private and I found no problems with it at all.She was kind and her young kids adorable. Her husband even helped me bring my bags back to the subway on the day of my checkout. Kaede is lively, lovely, kind and considerate - she even cooked some toasts for me on the check in day as I was feeling a bit sick and hadn't eaten dinner. The room is simple yet cozy and clean. It was spotless. Some things that might interest some:- There is a large adaptor for most plugs of most countries in the room.- There is mineral water (cold or hot) for the guests to drink from.- Kaede offers you a good breakfast if you'd like.It was lovely to stay with her and I will definitely come back once I have the chance! ❤️

A very welcoming family. The landlord is Chinese and can speak Chinese. They live very comfortably. They will also recommend places to visit and convenient supermarkets nearby. I will definitely look for them next time I go to Osaka.

My sister lives in a residential area. The surrounding environment is very quiet and safe. The room is large and clean. I sleep soundly every day. It was the first time I went abroad alone and the first time I came to Japan. I was really lucky to meet my sister. I walked straight from the subway station for about three or four minutes and then turned right and arrived at my sister’s house. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. On the first day I arrived at ten o'clock in the evening, and her husband helped me carry my luggage up to the third floor without saying a word. Because I don’t understand Japanese at all, my sister taught me over and over again how to change trains on the Japanese subway and how to save money. She also took me to the subway station that night to buy a bus pass, because she was afraid that I wouldn’t remember the way home by myself. There are various signs to remind me and tell me which restaurant is cheap to eat (it’s a pity that I didn’t go to the izakaya next to it this time, I must go next time!), and help me prepare a hearty breakfast every morning, morning and evening, and the clothes will also help me I washed it and folded it and put it at the door. My sister also took me to the supermarket for shopping on a bicycle, and to eat at a nearby Shiqijia. I also drove my sister’s two children to eat at a super cheap barbecue buffet, which was really delicious! The child is very cute and well-behaved. He said hello to me on the first day he came. It was very hot on the day I left. My sister walked me all the way to the subway station until I entered the station and went downstairs. I was really reluctant to leave. I made an appointment with my sister to come back next time during the cherry blossom season. See you there❀

It was my second time to stay here. The landlady was very considerate and attentive. She gave a lot of help in travel and life. She also took my husband and me to buy suits and eat delicacies that only locals go to. It was a great experience!

My sister is very enthusiastic. Living in a B&B is just like at home. I personally think it is very cost-effective. The space is larger than that of a hotel. You have your own room. The price is much cheaper than that of a hotel. It is also very close to the subway station.

We stayed at Kaede’s Guesthouse for over a week and each day she offered us quaint, and filling breakfasts. The matcha tea and coffee were perfect, heartwarming drinks to start the day.
