We were here once 2 years ago, and since then the homestay has gotten a bit old.The outdoor area could be maintained a little more. There is also a strong smell of sewage coming from the outside toilet. The rooms are nice, bright and spacious. The WiFi was good. But there is also a strong smell in the room from the drain in the bathroom.The rooms are cleaned every two days.The location and price is great for Canggu, it is very quiet. The employees hardly stand out, they are unobtrusive and friendly.Drinks such as water and beer can be purchased in consultation with the staff.

If you're on a budget, this homestay offers good value for money. While the property is a bit outdated and could use some refreshing, it's still a decent option for those looking to save money. The cleaning staff is very friendly, though the rest of the team was quite neutral during our stay. One downside is the outdoor toilet, which wasn’t as clean as it should be and could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. The rooms also feel a bit worn, but they’re acceptable if you're not expecting luxury. I wouldn’t recommend using their laundry service, as our clothes came back with stains, but there are plenty of other laundry services available nearby. On the plus side, the location is great and quiet for Canggu, which is a big bonus. Overall, it's a reasonable option if you're mindful of your budget.

It's a very basic accommodation with a bed and wardrobe.There was no wifi and the water in the bathroom smelled pathetic. I used bottled water to brush my teeth.Carrying mosquito repellent cream/spray is a must.Bagas (receptionist) was very sweet and very approachable. Bikes are available for rent.There is a common kitchen for guests to cook.This place is just 10mins drive to Finns Beach club and Atlas...

Large rooms, which was very nice because we stayed here for a week. Daily room cleaning as well. Lovely with a terrasse with sun in the afternoon. It says that the reception is open from 7-23, but we went down at 20.00 and no one was there. We tried knocking on the glass and looked around for someone, but no one was there.

A really nice, well-kept facility. Not quite central but quiet. There are many guests who live here for a long time. There is a nice clean pool and a shared kitchen with everything you need.

Stayed in the bungalow and absolutely hated it. The aircon was too weak, making the room too hot. There were ants and mosquitoes EVERYWHERE. There are stains on the pillows and bedcovers, and the staff were extremely unaccommodating in our request to change rooms. Also, front desk is unmanned after office hours.EDIT:After posting this review, manager reached out through Agoda to try to accommodate to the change request but at this point I have already booked another room elsewhere. Wanted a refund but booking policy says no refunds allowed, despite me reaching out on both Agoda and Whatsapp to try to ask for a change of room just 2 hours into the booking. I also would like to note that I have already asked the staff beforehand to change the room and they said it cannot be done despite me seeing on their board that there were empty rooms. I am severely disappointed in their service recovery.

Dont usually leave reviews and my last hotel had a weird smell in my toilet that I didn't mind, but I felt like I needed to leave a review for this one.Got the deluxe bungalow.Room 1Service 4Location 4The room is full of ants and bugs, there is netting which helps a little bit but the ants are everywhere, probably due to the room being a traditional room, so there are gaps in the wood where bugs and ants can get in.The toilet is nice and clean-ish. again there are lots of ants everywhere.Air conditioning is weak, and gets super hot during the day (you can feel the walls of the room are hot as well since the sun is shining right on it).Walked past the other rooms, one door was open and I could feel the super cold air from the room so I knew it was just the deluxe bungalow that had weak air conditioning.Asked to staff if we could look at other rooms to downgrade to, and at first staff said it was possible but I think after messaging the manager they didn't allow it and said that all rooms were booked (I don't know how legitimate this is because my girlfriend told me she saw the whiteboard they have and there were rooms available)However, they do have laundry service and the receptionist was patient with me taking too long to get the clothes that I needed to wash.Location wise i will say this is a quiet area in canggu so its relatively nice and peaceful?Overall a general disappointment, will probably leave this room tomorrow as I can't stand so many insects where I sleep and judging from reviews some of the other rooms are not great either.

The only con is the bathroom, its weird. The bed is huge, the outside pool is pretty. For the money is a very nice hotel.

The room was designed very minimally, had ants crawling around and there’s strong sewage smell from the toilet. Benefit is that there’s a balcony overlooking the pool for the units at level 2. For units at level 1, it’s quite exposed to everyone. This is located a distance away from the main restaurants, exercise studios and beach club which give it some privacy.

Pictures and old reviews were misleading as it seemed like this was a nice clean place but in reality it wasn’t. The bathroom was really dirty and smelly and the room had a strange odour that we had to buy air fresheners cos we could hardly sleep through the stench one night. The bedsheets also had a funny smell and were dirty and rough. It wasn’t all terrible because the staff were nice and chill, but i honestly think the management has been neglecting this place of late

Unfortunately I can only give 2 stars for the accommodation. The first impression is depressing. We booked the "Deluxe Bungalow", which we advise against. Insects and ants everywhere, really everywhere. They particularly bothered us in the bed :O The other rooms looked nice and clean from the outside. We will have to leave earlier ", since the ants really infest everything...

Good hygiene, great location if you rent a scooter from the hotel for 4 euros per day. There is a laundry service and a nice swimming pool with loungers. We stayed in the bungalow, which is definitely recommended. The bed is super large and is great!
