I came here because I wanted to eat crab. This is a wonderful inn where you can experience Showa nostalgia in the Reiwa era, with a friendly proprietress who makes you want to say, "I'm home, I'm going," as if you were coming back to your grandma's house.Although the building itself is old, it is well-maintained, and there were stoves lit here and there because it was cold. The room was also clean and beautiful.Inside the room, there was a refrigerator with the now nostalgic "National" written on it, a retro dressing table, an air conditioner, a light that could be turned off by pulling a string, and even a chair on the wide veranda, which was perfect for me, who was born in the Heisei era and admires the Showa era. However, as mentioned above, the building is old, the walls are thin, and there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems or those with small children. There is a large bath and an open-air bath, and the landlady will ask you what time you would like to take a bath, and if you wish, she will reserve a private bath for you even in the morning, so you can relax and enjoy your bath without having to worry about other guests.I was very grateful to be able to warm myself to the core even on a cold morning. The food was also great. In the evening, we had sashimi, boiled crab, grilled crab, crab sukiyaki, and shime porridge in the room. The fresh crab sashimi was sweet and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the grilled crab was grilled over charcoal in front of us by the proprietress, and the grilling was rare, making it even sweeter.Everything from the crab sukiyaki to the rice porridge is prepared deliciously, so you can concentrate on eating and enjoy the crab!Outside of the crab season, you can enjoy sashimi made with seasonal fish caught at that time.In the morning, we had grilled salmon, soft and flavorful furofufuku daikon radish that was so soft that you could put it on with chopsticks, thick fried egg, miso soup, boiled tofu in a small bowl, and many other Japanese dishes, and before I knew it, my wife and I had eaten everything. I did.It wasn't a fancy breakfast by any means, but it had a very gentle flavor and I was able to enjoy it till the end.Thank you very much for the meal. The building is old and a little inconvenient, but the nostalgic and spacious space, the kind and warm hostess, and the delicious food made it truly the best.I will definitely visit again once my baby is born and I am able to travel again.
