Ask front desk for a call for restaurant reservation, but was told they have “no connection” policy. Customers need to make reservation by themselves. I am not sure it is just an excuse or what.

The rooms are fairly spacious, and even a single room can be quite comfortable. The only downside is that you can hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The location is great, right near the station, and there are convenience stores and bars nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a meal.I have no complaints about the accommodation itself, but the staff's behavior was terrible. When I parked my car in the parking lot, someone suddenly ran up to me and yelled, "This is another customer's reservation!" It's natural that you don't know this because it wasn't explained to you, so why not just put up a triangular cone?Even when you park in a different space, it keeps looking at you from a little distance away. It feels like I'm being watched and it's very unpleasant.Even during the check-in process, he kept looking at me and tapping his fingers on the desk, as if to tell me to quickly fill out some paperwork. To top it all off, when we checked out, it seemed like we didn't know where we kept the keys to the car we left with us, so we wasted about 10 minutes of our time, and then they asked us questions like, ``Don't you have yours?'' (As expected, it seemed to have been placed in a strange place at the front desk). The price is reasonable and the location is good, but the staff's behavior ruins everything. I would recommend another accommodation.

The unit bath gives the impression that it is older than the one in Building 1.I think it is cleaned and maintained well.WiFi is difficult to connect to.I think Building 1 was better.

The location is a little lonely on the north side of Saga Station. You can go to Saga Station with a short walk, so you can go shopping and eat and drink. You can park in the parking lot by making a reservation in advance, and there is also 24-hour parking nearby for around 1,000 yen.The room was clean and the bed was spacious so there was no problem, but the bathroom was small so you had to use the shower mainly. The TV is small and only has terrestrial TV, and the biggest stress is the Wifi.As everyone has said, the speed is not good😢It cuts out frequently😱If you don't want to get frustrated, it's better not to connect from the beginning🎵Since it was built like an apartment, I felt that the soundproofing was done well.I think it would be a good hotel if the Wifi was improved 👍️

The exterior and interior are almost like a one-room apartment!Since it is located north of Saga Station, the surrounding area is a residential area. It's a little far from downtown, but it's a nice and quiet place. There are convenience stores around the station, so if you need anything,It's better to get some on the way here.

About 7 minutes walk from the north exit of Saga Station.Hotels around Saga are soaring in price and the prices were in the 5,000 yen range, so I made a reservation.A hotel that looks like a renovated studio apartment.Breakfast is free, but it's pretty basic with just bread and bananas. It's filling up on my stomach, but...Slow WiFi/poor reception... hotels with poor communication environment will inevitably receive low ratings.

There are no issues with the rooms other than the Wi-Fi speed. However, the Wi-Fi disconnected quickly and the speed was so slow that I couldn't even watch videos, which was stressful.Service-wise, this is not something I normally look for in a hotel, but I was surprised at how poorly some of the front desk staff responded. It's normal for other people to respond. As for the location, I think it's good because it's close to Saga Station. I can't help it because the price was low and there were few options, but I won't be using it from now on.

I didn't have a particularly bad experience, but compared to other hotels, everything felt below average. The room smelled very much like sewage. (The door to the unit bath was open when I first entered, so I didn't ask to change rooms because I thought that might be the reason, but it was smelly all the time.) At first, it was so bad that I would wake up from my sleep. From the second time onwards, I started to get used to it. And the toilet seat is cold! surprised. It was also hard to hear people laughing in rooms on other floors. The lobby was clean. Also, the breakfast croissant was strangely delicious, so I gave it a ☆2! (If it wasn't for the croissant it would have been a ☆1 lol)...If I were asked if I would stay again, I would definitely choose somewhere else.
