A pleasant middle-aged man showed us around.Some people may find it unpleasant, butPersonally, I'm not good at driving, so it's helpful for me to have someone park my car.There's a lot of variety.I have used it repeatedly.I think it's a good hotel.

The parking lot is small, so I'm grateful that the parking staff will park the car for me, but they have the same sense of body as my own car, so if they knew it was going to be small, they wouldn't have bothered to come.It is nothing more than an excuse to prevent unpaid payments. As a customer, I feel anxious and cannot sleep well. I've been to Osaka several times, and to be honest, Osaka has a lot of quirks.

I suddenly decided to use this area, and since I usually use affiliated stores, I decided to use LUNA Sakuranomiya.I knew that this group had good service, so I headed there with peace of mind, but the parking staff instructed me to leave the keys in the parking lot and leave the car there.When I left my car at another hotel before, I got into trouble because it had a scratch on it that wasn't there before I left it there (no compensation was given at that time).I didn't want to leave the car there, so I had to drive it and park it. When I asked for it, she said, "Then go somewhere else."When I moved to the parking lot next door to LUNA MODAN, a male parking staff member moved over and said, ``It's the same here, so you'll have to leave it there.'' (The female MODAN staff member followed the directions and said, I said it would be ok if you parked...)I felt sad when I went to a place to spend some precious time on my vacation, so I decided to post this review in hopes that it would be helpful for others who also want to avoid parking problems.Following the staff's instructions to go somewhere else, I ended up staying at the hotel next door and was able to have a fulfilling leisure time.

It is located close to R1 (Kuni 1) and Osaka Loop Line.This time I will use room 208 and post as much as I can about what I learned.First of all, the room was spacious, comfortable, and bright.A water server was also installed.The hair dryer works fine too.In the bath, the shower force was weak.There was a blower bath, and it worked fine, but there was some dirty stuff (dust?) floating around, so I had to refill the water.There was also karaoke, but was it a UGA machine? kana.Well, it feels old.There was a payment machine in the room, but it was out of order this time, so I had to have an employee come to pay for it.The above are my impressions about the room.Member benefits are quite extensive.It's also nice that you can use any member card from the BestDelight group.We have a wide variety of rental items, drinks, and food menus.There are multiple payment methods.There is a parking lot, but you will have to ask an employee to park your car at the entrance.What particularly impressed me was how the employees were all very polite and nice.I was given a lot of attention on the phone, which made me feel very comfortable ← I gave it 5 stars because it was a big deal!I had a comfortable stay until check out.I think I will use it again when I come to this area.(Information as of 2020/02/03)
