The bath started at 11am, but I arrived at 10:30am, but the staff were kind enough to take care of it for me (lol).

The service at the front desk was poor.I left something in the bathroom, so when I asked about it, I received a cold response.There was only one hot spring, and it was small, and there was no hot water at all, so I felt it was unsanitary.It felt like a large family bathroom.There's no sauna either.

Stopped in after going down Mt. Ichiyama. It's very beautiful and feels clean. There was no one there so I took a photo. Sorry. It's great that the floor doesn't slip at all.The buildings are beautiful, so I stayed overnight after climbing the mountain, climbed the next day and took a day trip to the baths... I'd like to have a dreamlike holiday like that someday. It was such a facility. Hakuba is also nearby. I'll come back later

Sometimes I go to take a bath, but from the spoutI rarely see hot springs coming in. I don't think it's circulation, but maybe the amount of hot water is low? When it's crowded, there's a lot of dirt and hair floating around. Anyway, the food is good! There are many items and they are delicious.

I stayed here in July 2024.The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new, making it fun to check in early and relax.All the staff were kind and courteous.

Kinari no Yu is a truly wonderful hot spring. Its tranquility and beautiful nature will soothe your soul. The quality of the hot spring water is the best, and you can feel your skin becoming smooth. The inside of the hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and kind.It looks like you can enjoy the scenery of each season!The dishes made with local ingredients were also very delicious, served on small plates, beautiful to the eye, and very delicious.I was able to have a very relaxing and relaxing time.Highly recommended for those who want to relieve the fatigue of the city.
