15 minutes by taxi from Kumamoto Airport. The room was very spacious, and I felt that the furniture, bathroom, and amenities were all well thought out. The food is delicious and I am very satisfied.Afterwards, you can rent a car and enjoy the 1-hour drive to Mt. Aso. This time I was alone, but next time I will come again with my family.

Thank you for visiting me the other day! The building that suddenly appeared in the forest was a sight to behold! I guess the atmosphere will be different in autumn 😊 The food was carefully prepared using local ingredients and you could feel the passion of the craftsmen ✨ Karasumi is the best ✨

It was my wife's birthday, so we drove from a nearby prefecture and stayed overnight.I made the reservation before I knew about a certain person's online post, so after I found out about it, it felt like a half-trial. (lol)I think they have fixed the issue of not having enough bath towels, which was mentioned in the reviews here, but I felt that there were more than enough towels and foot mats. Although the staff, led by the proprietress, were still young, my small requests were immediately shared with them, and I was impressed by their attitude of ``doing their best to provide hospitality.''Although it does not have the "calmness of a long-established store," coupled with the newness of the building, there is room for growth in the process of improvement, and although different people may feel that the service is not worth the price, I think it is refreshing. I was able to capture it. Perhaps it's because the staff and customers aren't used to the elaborate structure that it's not easy to use (lol), but I'd like to see what's going on next time I visit.

I used it to stay with a friend. It was difficult to get out of the car due to a sudden thunderstorm, but they met us outside and guided us around with an umbrella, even though we were getting wet.There are several inns, and the one we stayed in was a room called ``Aoi.''The indoor bath is connected to the open-air bath, and there is also a sleeping bath, so I was able to enjoy a very nice bath.I was also able to use the open-air bath and sauna for private use, which I was very satisfied with.(The water bath was deep enough that I could stand up and take a bath, so my whole body was in good shape.)The dishes were made using seasonal ingredients and seasonally appropriate dishes, and I was able to enjoy them very much.We were served one dish after another, and we thoroughly enjoyed it to our heart's content.I would like to use it again.

I first used it around January 2024 and liked it so much that I went there for the second time!Apparently, the ratings had dropped since the last time I went due to an infamous video uploaded by a celebrity, so I went there with a bit of anxiety, but it was just as good as last time!(In fact, I went during the opposite season, so it had a different quality.)On the other hand, I'm curious as to what happened, but I think all the people who use it are probably satisfied with the service. I think.Well, if you're interested, I think it's best for you to experience it yourself and judge for yourself.

It was close to the airport and very convenient.The layout of the room was wonderful and I felt that they had put a lot of effort into it.It was my first time eating horse sashimi, and it was delicious. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast.I would like to visit again.

There are only 12 buildings in this ryokan. Each room is unique. We stayed in Aoi 葵 for 2 nights. The room has been shown in several YouTube a few times. The onsen goes from indoor and outdoor. This is a perfect place to rest after trekking several days in Mount Aso.We enjoyed the food and service. The ceramics used in the dinning room are gorgeous. We will going Arita to purchase some of it home afterwards.This ryokan is in a secluded area. Take route 28, drive thru the small torri gate. You will get there in a few minutes Just follow google navI think I will try booking Yui or Midori next time.

There were some bad reviews, but overall I was satisfied.All dinners were delicious.In particular, the soy milk hotpot for breakfast had a seasoning that I really liked.Isn't this accommodation worth the price?There were some bad reviews, but I feel like they are being taken seriously and making improvements.I was curious.The point that I had to drive and park myself through a narrow gate upon arrival.There are not enough bath towels.There is no place to put used towels.It's far from the restaurant (if you change your perspective, you can think of it as a walk while looking at the scenery lol)The good part.The temperature of the open-air bath in the guest room was always stable and comfortable.I am very impressed with the customer service of the staff.A scale that rivals the land of Aso!It's a wonderful inn.I'm sure people from overseas will also be very happy with it.I can't help but feel like it just opened, but I was able to spend a very relaxing time there.We are looking forward to your next stay.

I reserved this as a present for my parents.Apparently, the hot springs, service, and dinner were all great.We are very satisfied with the staff at the inn, who made various arrangements and fulfilled all of our requests.I made a reservation without knowing about the various things being said about it on YouTube, but after I stayed there, I found out about it and was very sad.He is an influential person, and I personally think he should have told the inn directly instead of saying it on YouTube.We, who had gone to the trouble of giving it to our parents as a present, were also very sad.We would like to thank you for consulting with us about the surprise gift in advance and for being so kind to us.Why not go there instead of just looking at the reviews on YouTube?

I have visited many hot spring inns over the years.This was just wonderful.The food really brought out the flavor of the ingredients.It was deep and delicious.Also, you can enjoy the look, so you won't get bored.The chef's skills are probably good.The room is very clean.I felt that they were particular about the furniture, plants, and equipment.There was also an espresso machine.All rooms are separated, so you don't meet other guests.Hot springs have gentle ingredientsI think it would be suitable even for people with sensitive skin.It became very smooth.When I looked up at the sky from the open-air bath, I could clearly see the twinkling stars of Aso. Is the air clear?I used it on a family trip this time.I enjoyed the flavors and tones unique to Kumamoto.The staff is very responsive and I am satisfied.If you come to Kumamoto again,Please use it.

About 20 minutes by car from Kumamoto Airport. A luxurious building can be seen on a vast site in a quiet forest. It took more than six years to complete, and the accommodation facility was built by top-class shrine carpenters, with all rooms separated by suites.The elaborate rooms are a bit different from the luxury inns in Yufuin and Kurokawa, the fittings are custom-made with Kumiko sandwiched between tempered glass on both sides, and the amenities are from L'Occitane and Mikimoto. The furniture was also one-of-a-kind, and I felt the owner's care.The food was delicate and delicious, making use of high-quality ingredients.The bath has a faint sulfur scent and the water is gentle on the skin, and I was able to soak in the spacious bath many times.The customer service was always courteous, and the cute young proprietress and manager provided the hospitality that befits an inn.As a high-class detached inn that represents Kumamoto, it is a good inn that I think will be used not only from Japan but also from overseas.
