Get off at Awara Onsen Station and get picked up by a shuttle, which takes about 20 minutes.Awara hot spring town? Although it is far away from the city, it has a nice view because it is located by the sea.During the crab season, I received some crabs from a travel agency's JR day trip plan, and I was able to enjoy crabs with very nice tags.Cashless payments are also available at the front desk, which is recommended when sightseeing in Tojinbo.

I went on a weekday, so fortunately or unfortunately, I only saw other customers riding in the same shuttle car.The public bath was also reserved for private use.Even though it was a crab-based dish, there was so much crab that I thought it would be okay.I ate so much that I didn't think I needed crabs for a while.

There is a local bus from the station, but the last bus is at 5pm, and there is no shuttle bus. The rooms are small. The futon is already drawn. The meal was filled with seasonal kaiseki cuisine, but the presentation was not careful and some parts were a bit disappointing, with some sticking out to the side of the plate. Breakfast is delicious. The bath had a view of the ocean and I took my time in the bath.

I go every year during crab season. You can eat tons of tagged Echizen crabs at the best value for money. Everything is delicious and I think this is the best inn to enjoy crab. The food is not much different from the nearby luxury inns and is half the price.

Depending on the time of day, hot water may not come out from the shower in the public bath. Dinner is large in quantity and high in salt. Breakfast is just the right amount, freshly cooked rice, and coffee is delicious.

I stayed here for one night with my family in August 2023.Anyway, the food is delicious 😋 I'm very satisfied.There aren't that many guest rooms, so you don't have to worry about taking a bath or having meals with other groups.It was close to Shibamasa World, so I went there after Shibamasa Pool, and I thought it would have been nice to play in the sea in front of it and stay the night.The next day we went sightseeing at Tojinbo. It's very close.They also had discount tickets, so I took advantage of them.

Located right next to Hamachi Beach, Echizen Matsushima Aquarium is also nearby, and Shibamasa World can be seen in the distance, making it the perfect location for a summer trip.I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi.The view is good, but the room was really comfortable and I was able to relax while looking out at the sea.There was a water server in the room, which I appreciated.The large public bath and open-air bath are both very comfortable and the slightly hot water will leave you feeling refreshed.There was also a coin laundry in the changing room of the public bath.The hair dryer was a repronizer in both the changing room and the room, and the amenities were plentiful and I was impressed.Dinner had a lot of variety, and the turban shell kamameshi was especially delicious!Breakfast was great as it had my favorite lineup. The dried flounder tasted unlike anything I've ever eaten before, and the rice that each person cooked in their own pot was smooth and satisfying.It was a great trip as the people at the hotel were gentle and kind to me.This is a recommended inn where I would like to stay again.

Since I was mainly planning a trip to swim at the beach, I chose Hareya Ryokan, which was close to the beach.It was a 1-minute walk from Hamachi Beach, and I was able to use the parking lot even before check-in, so I was able to park my car in the parking lot on the morning of my stay and walk to the beach.I had booked a standard room facing the sea, but they kindly showed me a room with a nice view of the sea, which had been canceled.The room had the best view of the ocean and the morning sun.Depending on the season, you may also be able to see fireworks at Shibamasa World.Free Wi-Fi is available within the hotel.The landlady and staff were kind and polite, the food was luxurious and delicious, the open-air bath had a great view, and the rooms were clean and tidy, making it a comfortable and extraordinary experience. It's done.thank you very much.I will stay here again when I travel to Fukui Prefecture (Ashihara, Mikuni).

It’s not the first row with a sea view, but it still has a beautiful sea view!We arrived here around 6pm on a Tuesday evening in early July and stayed for two nights.The rooms are on the second floor and you can use their elevator to carry your luggage.I wonder if this is not a popular tourist attraction? The first night there was only one group of us, the second time there were three groups including us.The hotel service staff did not speak English, but they still tried their best to communicate with us and made us feel very friendly.Since we were the only ones in the whole hotel, we felt quite comfortable and comfortable. The room is of medium size and only has a toilet (originally the room we booked did not have a toilet and we had to use a public toilet. It must have been upgraded!) and there is no bathroom, so we have to go to the bathhouse to take a shower. Each bathhouse has an indoor and an outdoor bathing pool. You must bring the bathing bag (containing towels, toothbrushes and combs) and bath towels that come with the room with you. It is really comfortable to bathe alone in the outdoor bathing pool on a summer evening!We booked a room with two meals: dinner and breakfast included. Although the price is not cheap (about 94,000 yen for four people for two nights), I personally think it is still worth it! Especially the dinner is very rich, and the Echizen crab is quite enjoyable! Every meal is very filling!What's impressive is that both the room and the restaurant have sea views. The hotel is within a five-minute walk of Hamachi Beach (it feels like it's not currently open, but it seems to be under maintenance?). If the weather is good, go for a walk on the beach in the evening. very nice!Payment can be made by credit card. Free parking is included.
