At first, I felt confused and anxious because the main entrance was located at the back through a gap between two buildings. When I entered the store, there was a staff member from abroad who spoke good Japanese and welcomed my pet. When I was shown to my room, the toilet, bath, and kitchen were shared, making it feel like I was staying at a friend's house. The room was very simple, with a bunk bed, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, and a kitchenette, but with a normal faucet.Although it didn't have the comforts of a hotel, it was a cozy space. Also, there is a Lawson right next to the parking lot, which costs up to 700 yen for 24 hours and is locked, so you can't go in and out freely. Also, since I was bringing a pet with me, I paid 2,000 yen per night for each dog and 4,000,000 yen for 2 nights. Finally, a word to those who are unsure about where to stay. While there are few accommodations that allow pets, I thought that this low accommodation fee would be a good option!?

I stayed here for 2 months and really enjoyed it!The staff was friendly and always checked up on me, asking if I needed anything. I appreciated that. (And yes, he did speak fluent English).The guesthouse was kept clean. It's not top-notch clean as what you'd expect from a fancy hotel, but it was as clean as a normal house would be. For the price, there's not much to complain about.Location was excellent. It's in a more quiet neighborhood and not near many of the big tourist spots, however, the nearest station (Imazato) was only a 8-minute walk away. So, it was easy to get to places.There's also a laundry mat and a convenience store right next door, which was great.Honestly, I would stay again whenever I'm back in Osaka. Thank you. 😊

Wi-Fi signal is too badToilet is dirtyThere are railroad tracks nearby and trains pass by frequently, so I can't hear the TV any more.Thank you for taking care of me for about a month, but the linens were never changed...

I stayed for two days.With very friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere,I was healed.He was a very kind man, and he was kind enough to leave my dog with me during the day.He was an easy guy to talk to.The flexibility and benefits are perfect.The stay was worth it and I was surprised at how cheap it was.

I used it with my two Chihuahuas and a child. They accommodated last-minute reservations on the same day, and I went there by car, and there was a parking lot. There was a Lawson and a coin laundry next to the inn, which was very convenient. This was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and the room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator and kitchen where I could store the drinks I bought.There were also video games and board games for the children to enjoy as a family. The shared toilets and shower rooms were also clean and comfortable to use. Tsuruhashi's Korean Town is nearby, and they took care of my dogs, so I was able to shop at a leisurely pace. Unfortunately it was raining that day, but they lent me an umbrella, which was very helpful.The owner was very kind and gentle from beginning to end, and was very accommodating to the children and dog. It became a memory of a very enjoyable trip. thank you. If I have a chance to stay in Osaka again, I would like to stay here.

The store owner's response is the worst. It was cheap and the location was good, but I was disappointed in the poor customer service, which blamed the customer for a mistake on the store's part. I will never use it again.
