The location is like a mid of hill. It is only 10 mins from Fudoinmae station, but you have to walk hard.The place was located on the side of a hill. It's about 10 minutes from the nearest station, Fudoin-mae Station, but you have to climb a fairly steep hill.Room is relatively ok. We reserved 2 beds room and there are low bed like futon and normal bed.The room was relatively good. I reserved a 2-bed room, but there was a low bed like a futon and a regular bed.There is no convenience store around here.There are no convenience stores around.Equipment are not good. The filter of hair dryer was completely stacked so the air was too hot like almost burning hair (I cleaned one in mens bathroom). Air conditioner in our room also seems not to be maintained well.Facilities were not very good. The hair dryer's filter was completely clogged and the air was so hot it was burning my hair. I kept the men's bath clean. The air conditioner didn't seem to be maintained and was in poor condition.

Very neat and clean guesthouse. I only wish there was soap in the bathroom though.

Room was OK for the 2 nights we stayed. Facilities were adequate for the number of people staying at the time, as only 2 or 3 rooms were occupied. If all the rooms had been occupied the washrooms & toilets would have been inadequate for that number of guests.There was no contact with the owners, and the main problem was that the refuse bins in the kitchen had not been emptied from the previous week.Although we did not have a problem, the location would be difficult to get to if you had lots of luggage and / or children, or a heart condition(!), because of the numerous steps & incline.
