Three staff on front door but none in the spa means there's no Japanese bathing until 5pm which is very very disappointing.

When I visited in February with my daughter, I was grateful to the young lady in the lobby who greeted us with a bright smile and carried our luggage to the room. When it started raining, she kindly offered us umbrellas in advance. She was such a beautiful person. At the executive lounge,I was served by a true professional, someone I had only heard about in stories. His skills were genuine and thanks to him, I felt very reassured throughout the trip.Even in the rainy weather, Nagasaki became a happy memory because of him.Whenever I think of Nagasaki after returning,I remember the clean, cozy room and the kind staff I met at the hotel.Although it’s a bit late,I want to express my gratitude.I’d love to visit again.

This hotel was built a little before the opening of the Nagasaki Shinkansen. It's more reasonable than the Marriott that opened after it opened. There is a club lounge, which eligible people can enter, but the contents are so-so (if you try to have dinner only in the lounge, some people may not be satisfied because the only rice they have is curry).Marriott has a better lounge. In addition to the lounge, there is a public bath (which also has a sauna and cold bath, which I liked) and a fitness room (there is no pool) that is available to all guests. If you eat breakfast downstairs, you will find a wider variety of items (although there are some items that are only available in the lounge). When we stayed there (January 2023), we were able to climb up to two places, but please check. The building is sophisticated.

I've stayed at this hotel about 4 times so far, and it seems like it's always getting better. First of all, why is the service charge that other Hilton hotels charge? ? I'm glad it doesn't take. And for that reason, the benefits of being a Diamond member are very good. There is no alcohol at tea time, but you can enjoy light meals, and I feel like the variety of cocktail time meals is increasing. And for breakfast, Diamond members can enjoy sparkling wine at the restaurant on the second floor.Previously, the temperature of the sauna was a little low, but now it is set at just over 90 degrees Celsius, which is also a nice point. This is my favorite hotel in Nagasaki with great cost performance.I stayed here because the price was just getting cheaper due to Hilton's sale. It must have been quite crowded since it was December 24th, but I was upgraded to a room on the 10th floor and I'm satisfied.I went to the Executive Lounge during the last 20 minutes of the cocktail hour, and although most of the food was gone, I was able to enjoy the alcohol. I had curry, but I was disappointed that there wasn't much roux, but I ate a little and it was delicious, so I'd like to try it again next time.I had breakfast in the lounge around 9am, and it was comfortable at about 30% and then about 50%. It was great to be able to enjoy Nagasaki's specialties such as hatoshi roll and pork kakuniman.I used the hot bath facility in the 20's and around 8:00, and it was empty and comfortable. The temperature of the sauna is low at around 80 degrees Celsius, so I would like you to raise it to around 90 degrees Celsius. I think the maximum number of people using it at the same time is about 3 people. If you fill it up, 6 people can go. The water bath feels like it's about 16 degrees Celsius, which is just right. There are four washrooms where you can sit and wash, and one where you can stand and take a shower. I don't think the bathtub will feel cramped for up to 5 people. The gym had three treadmills, and I connected my earphones via Bluetooth, but unfortunately I couldn't hear much of the TV even when I turned the sound up to maximum.Overall, the facilities are new, so I enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The room is absolutely impeccable, large, comfortable, clean, fully equipped, the bathroom is clean, and the view outside the window is amazing. The parking lot is located in the building next to the hotel. If it rains, please go through the restaurant floor to the opposite Nagasaki Station
