I think it's definitely for advanced users. It's better to think that it's not a campsite. Considering it was a camping site, we were able to camp as a family without any problems. In a sense, even though it was a Saturday and Sunday, the only people there were my family and bikers, so it was a very pleasant experience.

As you walk up the mountain from the Lake Inawashiro side, you will see a signboard for a rest house. There is a camping site a little further away from the reception here. Is it at the top of this park? You'll be driving on a gravel road along the way...the view is amazing! The park manager is very busy, thank you for your hard work!Location where you can see Mt. Bandai and Lake InawashiroWe made it a campsite ✨This view is a great accompaniment to your drinks, it's delicious! The stars are beautiful too! !On the way back, I got off at the road heading towards Aizuwakamatsu city.Walk around the castle and explore the city ✨

This is a free campsite.Reception will be held at a nearby rest house. The manager is very kind and will give you lots of information. There is a toilet and kitchen. There are 2-3 Rakuten Mobile radio waves! It's surrounded by an electric fence because bears come out.

It was a very pleasant day without the usual wind. It's free, but I'm worried about bears.

Used on 2023.8.18I used it on the last day of Tohoku touring with all my heart. On this day, there were two campers other than me, a parent and child, and I wished they would refrain from playing the radio. The receptionist was kind and I think it was free of charge. The areas where the camp could be set up were all very steep, and even though the area was quite large, there were only a few places where the camp could be camped. There are no trees, so you can't sleep in a hammock. However, the scenery was spectacular, and I have fond memories of devouring the peaches I bought at a roadside station in Yamagata along the way and the horse sashimi I bought at a supermarket relatively close to the campsite.

Even in spring and summer, it is cool (cold) from morning to night. It's close to the top of the mountain, so it's a pleasant place to be surrounded by nature. There is not a lot of traffic on the mountain pass road leading up to this point, so be careful when driving. In spring, there are people parking on the road collecting wild vegetables, and there are also pedestrians, so be especially careful.
